I placed an order at mcdonalds delivery number[protected] , on 01st November 2010, at 1:37 pm , AS COMMITED BY THE STAFF THE ORDER WAS TO REACH WITHIN 30-40 MINUTES. However when till 2:30 pm , i did not recive the order i called up on the hepline number but to my surprise the staff was least bothered . Some sravan and ayub picked up the call , they were least apologitic about the delay and said we have too many orders so we cannot do anything about it , the order will reach you shortly .

i gain called up after 10 minutes , i got connected to some assistant manger , viplab and mr singh at the janpath branch , instead o[censored]nderstanding they said " aap boliye kya chaiye aapko , order free chahiye " humari aisi koi policy nahin hai , chahey kitna bhi time lgaey . i was shocked at this statement . I want to tell these mcdonalds guys that we are not beggars .. we pay for the services .. they are not obliging us by this .

Finally during the argument the argument the order finally reached at 2:50 pm .

Please take action against this as it is a unnecessary harassment and these mcdonald people are humiliating the customers with such kind of atitude.

McDonalds — pathetic and rude customer services

Pathetic and rude customer services.

On the 25th Dec 2010, I went to Macdolands Drive through the horrible and shocking treatment I recieved from the manager by the name of Khabo who never listened to what I was ordering and I was forced to take things that I did'nt order and I was told that she was doing me a foavour because they were closed , I was pissed off whow could I be done a favouur being a customer and I told her that she is telling me , the whole staff gang up agaist me a was told that I was drunk and was told that I can go report and nothing will be done , while still on that argument another white guy interviend and was also told bull and was refused to be served. I really need this matter to be sorted out Iaw on Hellopeter Macdonalds does not deal/attend to thier customers query


Please take action against this as it is a unnecessary harassment and these mcdonald people are humiliating the customers with such kind of atitude.
i am a surgeon by profession working in AIIMS and after a 24 hr shift and an empty stomach i ordered a mc aloo tikki and maza at 11:21 pm on 4/4/13. after waiting for 1 hour and calling twice @66000666, i got my order at 12:40 am which i courteously denied to accept and sent the order back. the two things i want to highlight during this whole harassment of me and my stomach are:
1.) the staff was least apologetic when i told them abt the dealy they simply told me that they are out of bread. now why didn't they know abt this before hand.
2.) when i called the local south extension outlet the person says there were too many orders before me and i can do whatever i want but i'll have to take the order or pay the money. his name is ashok.
what is wrong with u mc D. i think its time u people should start prioritizing customer first or staff first or money first.
kindly take some action .

    Hi,
    I had been to Mc Donalds, as my friend order Veg wrap i ask the biller twice for Veg he told ok. But when they supplied they gave chicken.So we went and ask him how can you do this to customers he replied as you ask for Chicken so i gave. In India small percente of people are still Pure veg but this kinda shop making and playing with there belives.

    Hi im ex employee of your organisation(2nd ASST MGR).I was been attached with ur firm for the last 6 Yrs.I had always given my work efficiency 2 my resturant wer ever i have worked,During my workig period i had got many oppertunities from other firms 2 work with a GOOD salary package.But i had never thought of leaving ur organisation.But it was a truly a shocking movement for me wen Certain HOD & my RM planned a situataion wer ihad to forcebly resign form the outlet(wich i think is a great heart felling towards me),This really broke me down as giving my entier period to the outlets upliftment didnt not worked as during my trouble time.I had always learnt about a Hirakry proceess/open door policy wen employee neeed a councelling, But i was never got any help from my superior.Mc donalds always won awards for been BEST EMPLOYEER india.But i have to say this deeply from my HERATH that he organisation really fogets the people who work hard consistantly fot making this organisation SUCCESSFUL>>>

      That is plausible !That is the way Mcdonalds confirms they cheat. Do you know you yourself are accepting that your organisation is cheating by not filling the contents but merely topping it.

      This is a real shame when i share a negative feedback on the quality of food served on my special day (22nd September)
      I spent Rs.455 on my Birthday, when i asked my friend to get me some burgers from McD's for me my wife and nuggets for my son.

      She got the 3 Mc Chickens one Chicken Mexican wrap and 1 Mc Nuggets, total of Rs.455 (I dont have the reciept), This was probably the last order from the mcD's located at DT Mall Saket, Delhi.

      When she reached home after 20 minutes, the first bite of the burger made me feel sick as the chicken patties used in the burger were stale and were tasting rotten.

      We threw all the food, So my Birthday party was ruined. As it was already the last order and no one delivers food in Katwaria sarai, new Delhi, we had to celeberate my birthday by making maggies.

      I called customer service and found out as it was not a delivery outlet and only a dine in, they cannot take a complaint and i have to write to you guys.

      All 4 (3 McChicken Burgers, 1 Chicken Mexican wrap) and a portions of Mcnuggets were of a very substandard quality. Had we eaten the meal, we must have fallen sick resulting in more damages.

      Please arrange for the compensation.

Mc D people you shouldn't be bothered about such people who is only more interested in shouting their throats. AND LISTEN Mr. i guess you haven't ever had a cone ice cream in your life. None of the outlets fill the lower part of the cone as it makes the cone biscuit soggy

      Today i went to Macdonalds near madivala TOTAL mall. I ordered couple of things for my family. When i saw the French fries really it is too bad it is cooked, i can see the smoked French fries over there really it feels a lot. Since Macdonalds have good reputation in market and our people serving this much worst manner in our NAMMA Bangalore.

      i hate McDonald's service...they do cheating wit customer...today i had very bad experience...now i will make sure at least my friend will not order from now onwards...
      It is very unfortunate that if you go Macdonalds India website you will hardly find email ID & Contact details for customer Grievance department / person.

      This shows the negative attitude towards consumer. It is the only slow place of our judicial system of which this people are taking advantage & taking customers for ride.

      I don't understand why this company / people cannot put reply to complaint in writing & why are they asking for contact numbers etc...
      I had several bad experience in McDonald esp. in the Borivali West restaurant (near Kalpana Chawla Chowk) . I have been frequent visitor of McDonald in few countries; but in Mumbai, have found few issues listed below:

      - It is managed by bunch of jokers; they don't talk well, do not service well. I am fully convinced that they take unqualified students as staff and do not train them properly.
      - I have seen rude talks between customers and staff; esp. when some customers are complaining - the staff / supervisor reply back very rudely.
      - I have myself seen bad quality mayonise served in Borival west restaurant (near Kalpanan Chawla chowk) for few weeks.
      - Today I saw one of the bread fall down for few minutes and one of the attendance just put it back to the lot for reuse. When I informed this to one of the staff member - She just laughed off and did not even try to get the bread removed from the lot.

      I have visited McDonald in few countries; but never had these experience any where.

      I ordered 2 value meals and 1 happy meal with 1 mcgrill, 1 mcveggie and 1 maharaja mac. I should have got 3 medium fries in the parcel but i found them missing in the parcel when i got home. I travelled 10 kms to get the parcel and this is what i get. Service of J.M. Road, Pune McD is really incompetent. This is the 2nd time it has happened to me. Last time i had a loss of 130 bucks, this time too i had a loss of somewhat same amount. Outlet Phone no. is switched off from the time i got home. I don't know how to get in touch with them to lodge a complaint.

      Mc donalds is losing its credibility. Couple of days ago when I visited the outlet near our place customer service sucked big time. None of the attenders had a smile on the face. They were so laid back to take the order as well. The food was cold and I was very clear I'm allergic to sauces still the food had sauces. I had to literally discard the food. None of my family folks consume the sauce and the food was almost stale and did not taste like it was cokked fresh. Truly very disappointed with the way McD is functioning. I try to visit the forum to give feedback but Alas! looks like McD doesn't value customer feedback from other places other than the US.They dont have forms for Indian outlets. I might think a hundred times before I visit McD next time and advice my friends and family also to be aware and take care of their health

      McDonalds has the worst delivery service. Placed order by 8. Order transffered to wrong McD restaurant. Received wrong delivery by 10. Had to go back to another restaurant. Poor response to customers even from managerial side. No response at all from complaints manager. Never ever try anything from McDonalds restaurant in total mall, Bangalore. The food is not hygienic. It seems the burgers are not fresh. We faced health disorders. Please take this seriously. Kindly inform is there any proper way to register a complain against this so that they can actually look into this issue and take proper action.

      Very sad to report that McDonalds India not following basic hygiene. My son ordered a McChicken burger and a Mexican wrap delivery last night and since early morning he has severe food poisoning. I had to consult a doctor, get him anti-vomiting injections and antibiotics and basically wrecking our weekend.


      McDonalds India is sullying McDonalds brand image. I always felt that McDonalds India does not maintain the same standards as elsewhere in the world but my family did not agree. Today they are in concurrence, sadly. I shall be putting up this complaint on the internet to make people aware of issues which they my come across if they happen to choose McDonalds, probably especially delivery. They do not take care of basic hygiene and often similar complaints can be seen or heard.

      I placed my order with McDonald's at the Brookefield Bangalore outlet with order number 2188 and was told that it would be deliver within 29 minutes. Had I known that they will not be able to deliver even after a long wait of 3 hours, I would have never even placed the order in the first place. I had to call the customer care to enquire about the status of my order every 30 minutes and all they said to me that a complaint has been registered and you will receive a call from the store manager, which I never did. On each call that I made, which was at least 4-5 times, I was told to wait for 5 more minutes for the order to be delivered, but I guess their watch is a little different than mine where each minute equals 1 hour. I am highly disappointed with their services. Guys it's called "Fast Food" for a reason. If they cannot deliver in the said time, then they shouldn't take orders at all. I will never ever be placing orders at McDonald's again. This is the most pathetic service any restaurant could have. Why don't they just shut down their restaurants. At least that will give space for some better restaurants to be set up.

      I want to Complain about Jumbo mall MC Donald, Bangalore. Once you enter the Jumbo Mall you can see half of the staff chit chatting &amp; gossiping, sitting area back side so called sofa if you observe cockroaches will be walking, street child beggar will be inside the MC Donald and begging you for money. Disgusted !

      I want to complain in regards to the fake promise by
      Executive Sachin from ghansoli division. I gave three order today, Order no :
      7981 / 7982 / 7983 and it reached us in 35mins, After that i got a call from
      SACHIN inquiring if the delivery has reached on time...I complained him on late
      arrival and asked for 3 coupon. He agreed that the order was delayed and
      requested me to pay the amount and he will adjust the coupon benefit in next
      order and also suggested me saying before ordering the next order i should call
      on MACD number 49134810 and speak to Sachin personally...So before placing next
      order i did call Sachin and he assured me and said place the order and benefit
      of 3 coupons will be received...I did a new order 7988 for amount 158 and
      when the order came i just gave INR 10 and took the order...In the next 15 mins
      i got a call for Sachin again saying i will have to pay 150 and he will send 3
      coupon which can be redeemed in next order, , I was shocked with this kind
      of service by a company like MACD, I started arguing why should i pay when
      already i was promised about the benefit. He forced me and said he is giving 3
      coupons now and that can be redeemed in next order...At last i couldn't argue
      much and i forcefully paid INR 150 to the executive who once again came to
      collect payment.
      Mcdonalds loosing credit, because of the worst service. i bought a 2 veg meal and 2 veg pizza buff . it totally comes 339 rupees, but they collected my card two times and they ask pin code. my money is deducted two times they are telling. money is not deducted. they told u need to wait for counter number, after i got my order food . but one veg pizza buff iut s missing . they told you wait there. we serve. but they didn't serve after i am going to ask only they give. horrible type of service. balaji koparkhairane mcdonalds creating a frustration to customers. i need my money back

      Cheating in the sharing packs, as per the Advertisement in the T.V, its showing Rs.199/- wheras for the same you are billing the customer Rs.299/- + taxes.

      When I called the store in M2kk Pitampura, New Delhi...Mr.Sourav Jaiswal said that Rs.199/- was applicable for dine in not for delivery, as per him price for delivery are higher, pls explain the below queries:
      1. Why is there a Price difference for Dine in and Home Delivery?
      2. If you have a differences in the pricing then why are you charging Packaging Costs extra?
      3. How can you charge VAT on Packaging Cost?
      4.Why is differences of Prices not mentioned on you site or brochures?

      This is cheating what you are doing with Indian Consumers, I have caught your store staff cheating in the bill as well, where the entire bill wad exaggerated, which I had lodged an official complaint but only apology was given.

      I would want take this matter further to the concerned Govt Authorities, other companies such as KFC or Burger King do not indulge i. such Practises.

      This is sheer Cheating...

        Dear Sir,

        Today I tried to call Mcdonald hotline[protected] atleast 20 times in last 1 hour & I could not get thru. I have lost Rs 20 in calling mcdonald & always was answered by machine saying that ALL OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVES ARE BUSY. PLEASE DIAL AFTER SOME TIME. Aftre these machinized answer the phone gets cut.

        Few number of times I was connected & your automatic answering machine asked me to hold while they transferred the call to some of the executives. But it never got transferred & always got disconnected.

        I've never seen any company providing such unprofessional service ever.
        It seems that mcdonald doesnt care about their customers at all.

        Unfortunbately I ve got a discount coupon booklet ( which was obtained by placing order of more than 300 Rs last time) giving me various discounts that can be availed only if we place order thru mcdelivery phone line.
        I think mcdonald is trying to cheat the customers by providing discount coupon booklet & than never picking up their phone.

        I also got registered on your website to place order thru internet. But being a cheater company, you have not given the option o[censored]sing the discount coupons while placing order thru the net.

        Bravo to all the cheaters collected in mcdonalds management.

        All you want is our money & dont give a damn about the services provided.
        Shame on you for being a useless service provider.
        I will mark a cc of this email to all my friends & consumer court, so people will know what a cheat mcdonald is.

          I had been a regular customer for home deliveries from your Nehru place outlet of MC donalds, New Delhi. On the evening of 18th August 18, 2010 we had ordered for 1 mc veggie with cheese, 1 large fries, and 1 veg paneer salsa wrap and surprisingly I receive the order with 1 fries, 1 fiet o fish and 1 chicken mcgrill considering I am a pure vegetarian!!!!

          And surprisingly, this is the 4th time such an incident is happening with me!!!
          I have really been disheartened and I don’t think I will ever rely on Mc Donalds in my life..

            I also want to flash some light on it by telling you about my incident. At old delhi station McD, i ordered a McChicken with cheese but the man gave me McGrill with cheese. I requested him to replace the order but he denied. So, I asked him about the complaint book but he called his supervisor. Supervisor told the guy to give me the complaint registor but the other man was quite nervous and he shared his nervousness with the supervisor. Supervisor told him nothing would happen and Maa Ch*** ne de isko. I really got angry by listening this type of abusive language from their side. I quicly ran and asked IRCTC manager to registor a complaint regarding the issue but instead of helping me, he started giving me sympathy. Then only I got to know no one would listen me and in dissapointment I left from there.

            The McD guy name was ANIL TIWARI, may be one day I could break his nose.

                      This is regarding a very arrogant customer service from the McDonald Hinjewadi outlet. Anand Arbali who mentioned that he was the manager of the outlet was very arrogant while one of the guy at the counter (Dyanesh Crew Id: 11) was taking our order. My family was excited to try the Shrek meal and we were looking for the options to club it with some single burgers. It seems that the ice-cream vending machine was not working and we were looking for a substitute of the same. While Dyanesh was still explaining us with probable options and confirming our order, Anand (VERY ARRONGANTLY) interrupted stating he is NOT offering any Shrek meal to us. This took us by surprise and we asked why is he behaving in this way when we are having the order On. He said that we cannot get Shrek meal, while we could hear the next counter stilling ringing for the same menu. Anand was very rude in-front of my whole family as if stating that we would not get any food out there. I demanded to talk to the manager and he stated that he was the manager and he has got the ultimate power. He said that all his superiors knew about the vending machine issues and it doesn’t matter whom I complain to. He gave me his number,[protected]again VERY ARRONGANTLY). I demanded for his employee ID or his Crew Id to which he opposed stating that he does not have it.

                      I then requested Dyanesh that my order was On and I should get it (I don’t care about the ice-cream), to which he agreed.

                      Believe me; I have always considered McDonalds to be a very courteous and customer friendly place. Back in the US, UK or here in India, it has been our favorite place to go, be it a quick bite or a heavy meal. I always rated MD’s above the Yum Brands, Dominos or the Subway; but NOT anymore.

                      I would like to make an official complaint against the in-appropriate service by McDonald Hinjewadi. I want to see some action from you guys to make sure that your team provides better customer service which is important for your business. I will share my experience with-in my corporate and family circle. Let me see what you guys come up with. I will be expecting a quick response. Thanks,

                      not happy with customer service. they don't keep up the timing for home delivery.ordered food won't be hot and fresh at the time of delivery.
                      Hey I was in Udaipur and I visited mc Donald’s as I was so much hungry and tired but wh n I stepped in mc Donald’s what I show was on the menu was sold out sticker on meals and burger. First time in my life I show in India such type of issue. Then what am trying to say is why u giving franchise in such a place like that

                          As per the initiative Jaago Graahak Jaago by the ministry of Consumer affairs please take an intitative to stop this BLack market.

                          I bought one half litter water at the rate of 16 Rupees while the MRP on the bottle was 9 Rupees.

                          Enquiring about this to the shop keeper he said that there is nothing like MRP rates for these things.

                            Hi,

                            I ordered a McVeggie from McDonalds and they served me McChicken in a veg wrapper,
                            I have the bill for McVeggie, I have the wrapper too.

                            Certain points.

                            1) Restaurant has licence to run the shop till 1 AM shop was open after that as well, my bill was printed by 1.35 AM and later that i got the order.

                            2) they said they have seprate dept for veg and non veg then how the chickn burger was served in veg wrapper??

                            3) the staff made me wait for 3 hrs in the restaurant and didnt come to the police station till the time officer from local police station didnt speak with them

                            4) Staff came with Local Guy to the police station to show their pull and to threaten me.

                            5) i wasted my weekend, I had a get together organised which got spoiled and i had to pay for that as well and on top of it they have hurt my religous feelings.

                            6) Entire sunday i had suffered from loose motions. Who will be responsible for that??/

                              I recently gave an order for home delievery of 2 McChicken n one free meal, till april the offer is going on,"MEAL PE FREE-HIT OFFER" aaj meal khao,kal 2 pe 1 free pao...
                              i called up on the given number 66000666 for home delievery and my order number is 2179. person came n didnt give me the bill n free coupon according to the offer with the meal.
                              I called up thrice on customer care number written above, vandana, sunita and sandeep spoke to me, took my complaint n still didnt give me the bill n coupen..its hopeless to tell them customers complaint n their mistakes which they dont want to follow. I M HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE SERVICES.

                                I called up McDonald's Aundh outlet in Pune to place my order but the person in-charge told me to call the customer care no.[protected] which is their call center in Mumbai. I gave my contact details to the call center in-charge and he asked for my address. I gave him my full address but he insisted that I give him a street name. I told him that this street has no name in particular but is just 5 minutes away from the McDonald's outlet in Aundh. I gave him all possible landmarks near my house. He refused to give me a delivery only because I did not give him a street name and that he could not add me to his database. My point is, why can not they have a LOCAL phone number where the customers can call and place their orders? The people of Pune know what is where, but what can an incompetent call center employee do sitting in Mumbai? And when I told him all this and that their service was bad, he said it was not! If McDonald's is going to treat its customers this way, it will soon have to shut down. Sheer wastage of time and completely disillusioning.

                                I had registered a complaint with Airtel as our lines were down. My god! the proceedure is tedious, we will have to speak to countless people on the same subject and each person will give you a separate no. to contact. My experience with a person by name Venkatesh available on[protected] was worst. He asks me to read modem indications for him over the phone & I say i can't see the same as it is fixed to the wall. He then spontaneously tell me "Unless you read the indication, I CANT HELP YOU". The tone was as though he is doing me a favour. If we have to do the trouble shooting then we do not need these kind of people. Atleast if we are requested to help them, we can. But if we are ordered to do things, then we have to pity Airtel for recruiting such kind of people who do not know how to behave with customers.

                                Be careful, dont buy these camera because they will not allow you to use them as a WEBCAM. The software "ZoomBrowser EX" provided with the camera, WILL NOT allow you to use the FUNCTION Remote Shooting. So you cannot use it as a webcam.
                                Apart from service issue they had also become dishonest to customer's.
                                My entire family is a regular visitor's to McDonald family restaurant's on weekend's.today also we visited Mac donald in Allahabad(Uttar Pradesh) outlet.My wife purchased burger/cold drink worth Rs 125.00& paid Rs 500.00 to the sales executive.He paid back Rs 275.00 & asked to get aside for other customer's, my wife counted the money & asked the executive that the money is short.he refused & started counting money in his cash counter & said he had paid the exact balance amount & if we does not agree than he will have to pay from his own pocket.

                                We gave him the entire change of Rs 275.00 & ask him to keep it & he kept it.

                                I think Macdonald don't pay there executive a sufficient salary, so that they can be honest to the Customer's or if they pay them good salary than they should appoint Honest executive's so that customer should not loose confidence in them.

I have lost my wallet over there at allahabad outlet. the wallet had a lot of money as well as my cash cards. i have been called by a person of mcd who returned my wallet and there was no money short in that. When i had given that person Rs. 1000 for his honest gesture, he replied the company pays him that much salary by which he can earn his livelihood. I am totally against yours complaint
                                I and My Friends are Regular Customer of Mac, I think Mac service is awesome, but service given by Mac Outlet (Th Hub Mall-Goregaon East-Mumbai) proved my thoughts wrong by giving poor service .This is happened Not only first time but on sixth time, I place an order for delivery and i always prefer coke without Ice and whenever i placed order i give instruction to order taker for No Ice In Coke, Even the instructions was given by the order taker too, But i think Peoples at operation (Outlet) are not bothered about customer service .Every time i get coke with Ice and when i confirm same with Delivery boys they have a simple words with them SORRY SIR . May be you guys are doing Good sales thats why you are not bothered about Customer Service .Or you are not providing the Customer service training to your team .
                                Really disgusting if this type of service a customer get .

                                Time : 07.30 to 09.00 pm

                                Party Type : Birthday party of my 10 years old daughter. A package of Rs. 4, 000/- was offered for 90 minutes function.

                                Our Feedback & Experience as below :::

                                1. MUSIC QUALITY
                                 When we reached at 07.30pm, nothing was ready.
                                 Your staff was struggling with their so called music system which was not working well.
                                 They could manage to start music by 07.50pm.
                                 Music quality was less than worse. Speaker quality was dull. Not clearly audible. Certainly not suitable for party.
                                 Staff was playing music from PEN drive. After every 2 / 3 minutes music stops and staff starts struggling once again to start music player.
                                 During entire party, your staff were just struggling with music system.
                                 A photograph of your music system is attached with this mail.

                                2. FOOD QUALITY
                                 Because of heavy rush outside the party, food served was not as per Mc Donald standard.
                                 Burgers served was not hot enough. It gave a feeling that it was cooked an hour ago and we were served cold.

                                3. STAFF QUALITY
                                 Host did not have manners at all.
                                 They don’t know how to talk with elder people in the party.
                                 Kids were not happy as your only 1 host was just busy with repairing of music system.
                                 No impressive gaming.
                                 When we complain to Manager, we were told to complain in writing.
                                 Staff got angry and told me that this is just how Mc Donald is doing parties. If you want, continue. If not, go somewhere else.

                                4. GIFT QUALITY
                                 All kids were given return gifts. (Total 22 Kids participated)
                                 Next day, we received 3 complains from kids that few items were missing in their gift box.
                                 My daughter had received a special gift. After reaching home, we opened that special gift and we found that it was just empty. Then we immediately called Mc Donalds executive and he sent me another gift immediately on the same night. Please find attached photograph as an evidence that 1st gift received was totally empty packed. This box was opened at least in front of 11 people including some neighbors.

                                5. OVERALL EXPERIANCE
                                 Worse.
                                 We lost money and could not enjoy party.
                                 My daughter was crying a lot as her party was waste. Her friends were teasing her for giving worse party without music, good food and dance.

                                Mcdonald's — cleaning, hygiene

                                They don't wash their tray in which they serve food for customer so please take a look and then take action against them they should keep their shop neat and clean

                                  We have been die-hard fans on McDonald since ages now. No occasion is complete without Mc Donald’s as we like the quality food that’s provided. Sometime ago we(friends and family) went to Mc Donald Rohini, Delhi and purchased Happy Meal with the scheme clearly stating “offer valid till 5th April2010 on purchase of next Happy Meal an extra toy would be given by you.” Firstly, on reading the offer when asked your representatives for the coupon they refused to give saying that they don’t have any coupons left. I talked to the manager, he said would arrange one somewhere from the backyard and finally we managed to get just one coupon.
                                  Today without any program to visit Mc Donald’s just to redeem the offer I took out time from my busy schedule and went to Mc Donald’s at Kashmere Gate Delhi in the noon. To my utmost surprise when asked for redemption against purchase of a HAPPY MEAL again your representatives refused….. Saying offer has just now closed. I would like to ask is refusal first, a policy /gimmick of a reputed company like yours where you are so well customer and children focused????? I am so much dissatisfied today that I have no words to express except that all my faith has been ruined as I have fallen off my words in front of my child. The child was in tears. In today’s fast paced world children understand what’s happening. All expectations of getting an extra toy as gift in one HAPPY MEAL, as has moved to a new class and was the 1st day for school have been badly shattered. Being such a reputed, age-old company you should have advertised the closure of the scheme quite in time. Today I feel as this visit was a mere waste of time, money and commitment. The child’s dreams were so easily ruined by you just in a fraction of seconds. I don’t know how I will be able to bring back the trust now and don’t know whether the child would like to come back to Mc Donald’s or not!!! Please help if you have a solution. EACH TEAR OF THE CHILD IS PRECIOUS FOR THE PARENTS I hope you can understand the emotions involved.

                                  We are still worried how from now on we will be able to keep up our words as the answer we got from the child was stunning. I still hope commitments made by your company are not false.

                                  Kindly take a serious look into the matter and consider the hidden sentiments of children without giving out your decisions.

                                  Chip of the outer harder portion of eggs

                                  Hi,

                                  I had ordered 8 mc veg meal and 1 mc egg meal.
                                  In mc egg meal, there were chips of the outer harder portion of eggs, which went inside my stomach on my first bite.
                                  I want to understand how can Mc Donald be so careless of what they are serving people.

                                    I have recently had a very bad experience at McDonalds Vile parle. Below is the letter I have sent them.

                                    Dear Sir/Madam,
                                    On 7th Mar 2010 I was invited to a childs birthday party at Mcdonalds Vileparle. It was a childrens party and I was like many others was there with my kids (aged 3 and 1). Overall the atmosphere was good and the kids were having a lot of fun.
                                    My bad experience started when my daughter aged 3 wanted to use the toilet. The staff there refused to let me use the toilet saying there is a water shortage. The staff who was talking to my family in a very rude manner could very easily see my daughter withering in pain as she wanted to use the loo urgently. The staff were adamant and were just not letting me use the toilet. Another parent who had a daughter in a state similar to that of my daughter came along and we were both arguing with the staff to let us use the loo at it was becoming urgent by the second. I finally had to put my foot down and literally forced myself into the loo with my daughter. The other parent went in after me.
                                    I do not understand
                                    - Behavior of your staff since the toilet could be flushed after use and it was looking pretty clean
                                    - McDonalds hosts a birthday party for kids who unlike adults cannot control their need to go to the loo
                                    - If there is a water shortage can the facility not make alternate arrangements
                                    - Were the staff keeping the toilet for their use only
                                    - The inhumanity the staff were showing even though they could see 2 kids withering in pain due to their need & urgency to use the toilet
                                    Later I went to the counter to ask for a glass of water, which not surprisingly I was refused. After much argument I managed to get myself a glass of water. I was sitting within earshot from the counter and saw quite a few customer being refused a glass of water.

                                    It really is not the way a restaurant of your calibre should behave. If there is a water shortage do not inconvinece your customer by refusing them basic needs. The least you could do is make alternate arrangements.

                                    I really hope this kind is behaviour is never repeated at any of your outlets in the future.

                                      Cheat mcdonalds guys

                                      We have a McDonald's coupon (veg potato tikki and regular coke Rs 40)so we go McDonald's stall for the naroda Ahmedabad.so that guys say we have a no stock😏 for the 8:30pm time to how to the possible😓.

                                        I dont know if this is a valid complaint.
                                        But i have noticed that, at time when i order from McDonalds-J.M.Road, pune , sometimes my order is not delivered properly.

                                        E.g the only date i remember- 28/1/2010

                                        I ordered One McVeggie Medium Combo Meal with Extra cheese.
                                        i was given the McD without Extra Cheese although i paid for it.

                                        I had to wait for about one hour for my proper order to be re-delivered.

                                        This is not the first time this is happening to me.
                                        Everytime i call them and tell them about such a situation, they say a complaint has been registered.
                                        Can anything be done?
