I had ordered for a regular chicken pizza at 3:55pm today from the neighborhood store (SCO-33, Sector 56, Gurgaon). After waiting for almost 35-40 mins for the order, I had to call up to know about the status of the order. However, everybody seemed clueless on any such order being taken. Everybody seemed to be checking with the other person at the store about any such order. Finally the manager (Sachin) came up and he also was clueless. I finally lost it and told him that i'd rather from Dominos and also would lodge a complain against the store.
Pizza Hut site however does not have any place to lodge in complaints. Finally had to order from Dominos which delivered a similar order in 25 mins.

    Hi,

    We called for the pizza at 7:00pm. Was assured the pizza in 45 mins. It is almost 2 hours since we are waiting for the order and haven't received in yet. On calling incomplete and fake replies were given. On calling after 45 mins we were informed that the order had left and it was on the way. No delivery boy came in... after 2 hours no body is here and the manager of the pizza hut call center refuses to come online.

    I Am referring to the Pizza Hut Pune Operations... Complete with no honesty or courtesy was shown on the phone... would like this to go to their head office in delhi.

    ORDER DETAILS: 2 pizzas, medium size, veggie supreme and some paneer mexican pizza. Called at 7:00pm, assured by 7:45pm max, writing this mail at 8:53pm...Delivery Address: B/34 chandranagri, Salisbury Park, Pune 37

    The services given by the staffs at Pizza Hut (Tesco Ampang, Malaysia branch) were the worse I ever had. I ordered my pizza at 19:46pm and still at 20:30pm I didn't get my pizza.The staff said, wait for another 10 minutes, ok fine, we waited but still the same.Then we go off without having the pizza.I don't like the attitude of some of the staff who answering mobile phone while working and one of the staff didn't wear the uniform, just wearing black t-shirt and jeans.Did they been given any training at all?
    Today i ordered a pizza and it took nearly 1 and half and hour to deliver. The call center informed that it will only take 30 minutes. BUT... then Pizza Hut from different town call up with a harsh tone asking where is my house but then i told them my address they scold me why order pizza from them.. In which my town has its own PIZZA HUT!!! i replied them ... Who shall be blamed? Call center or ME? that Guy said it was me ... Then i got confused as i have confirmed with the call center on my address in my hometown.

    I called up[protected] again and they ask the same question again .. How can i help you? I said i ordered my pizza just now and it arrive at different town. Different operator handled this case and accused me again for giving the wrong address to them. I was pissed off and said just now the operator just confirmed with me. That Indian lady ask me and i told her the address. Where did she key in the address? her phonebook???

    Then they say; OK! we will look into this matter, the restaurant manager will give u a call then. 2 hours later! The motor arrive. I taught they will give a compliment of personal pizza as a form of sorry .. as stated on the brochure i[censored] guys see it ... but then Stupid Pizza hut ... go put rubbish in my food ...

    I hope any pizza hut personal people will see this .. Before i really go BIG on this ..

      After 2 years we ordered a pizza from pizza hut. We ordered a medium non-veg pizza priced at Rs.348. But the pizza was actually smaller than a small-sized pizza. Yet it was sliced into 6, dry, warm and tasteless. And to make it worse, the delivery boy was laughing at us for some reason. It was as if he was laughing at us right after cheating us. We felt very bad and embarrassed after this experience. We have never been cheated like this in our lives. Domino's Pizza serves better quality pizzas at more reasonable prices.

      we have not had a Pizza Hut pizza for years and thought we would try one. I brought the pizza home and boy was I surprized and dissapointed. The crust tasted like cardboard and there was hardly any sauce to
      make it taste any better. I have never had a worse pizza then that one. I called and talked to the so-called manager and he did not even have a good apology or offer to fix this. I will probably never go to
      Pizza Hut again after this one. The ones back in Minnesota were never like this one. I paid almost
      $20.00 for this pizza. The pizza hut was in Deadwood, S.D.

      Have ordered Pototo Wedge on 16th May @ 9:11 PM in Chennai OMR Road, and Potato which been delivered its stinking & smelling badly. with no other option i had to just throw it out Order No. 3083

        I visted Pizza Hut for dine in on the 8th of Jan 2009. My total bill for that dinner was Rs 619 which I payed through my debit card. One week later since my dinner at Pizza Hut, I was checking my account statement online. To my utter surprise I was charged twice the amount I had eaten for. My card had been swiped twice, which was clearly shown in my statement with two different transaction Ids.

        I visited the same outlet the very next day to apprise them of the situation and to get my money back. But the staff is not capable to handle any such frauds or malfunctions. I feel completely cheated! They claim that it is a very common error and most people get a money reversal after 15 days of the transaction. It hasn't happend in my case though! No one has taken heed to go back to the accounts to resolve issues.

        I want serious actions to be taken against such frauds and ideally get my money back!

          On Saturday, January 23, 2009 between the hours of 8:05pm and 9:00pm, I attempted as usuall to call in an order 7 times. For the past 3 months phone orders are not possible, as you either get "no answer" or the a FAX machine shrill sound. Tonight as in every other night, I ended up driving to Pizza Hut to place the order and wait 20-30 minutes in the parking lot. When I walked in there were 6 employees talking at the register, ignoring me while I stood there in the lobby. I noticed there were only 3 people sitting in the dining room and I was thinking, this store shows no concern for the phone orders they lose by not answering phone orders. Obviously, none of these people care about financial results at there location. Finally I said "Hi", why don't you guys ever answer the phone? The manager replied "we only have 2 people answering phones tonight". I said you need to hire more don't you think. He replied, " there is nothing I can do". I asked who the District Manager was as I knew it was obviously a company owned store as a franchisee would not tolerate or afford this level of performance. He replied, "His name is on the door". I walked out and noticed his, Felix Jaramillo at the Las Vegas, New Mexico store who I intend to call tomorrow. I would think with the U.S. struggling economy companies would appreciate every business possiblity to increase revenue, but this location shows no regard. It is so irratating to know when you dial their number they won't answer, but you keep trying because you want to save time sitting there waiting for your order 20-30 minutes. This store needs to be managed by someone who cares about their company's success and the customers they serve.

            I had ordered a meal from the Pizza Hut Delivery at SCO, Sector 56, Gurgaon in the beginning of Dec 08. However, after sometime, to my disappointment, i felt some hard object in my mouth, which came out to be a sharp-edged metal piece about 1.5cms x 1cms which had chipped-off my teeth and some part of the cheek. I called upon the manager in charge who saw the object, merely apologized and returned back the money for the order placed with a verbal confirmation that Pizza hut will issue an apology letter with appropriate compensation. Since then, i was following up with the manager and his higher ups(in Yum group), till they denied me of anything in writing and told me to raise the concern to whichever authority i did like to. Although i have now stopped calling for or visiting any Pizza Hut, i really wonder if this is the customer retention policy which the Pizza Hut boasts of.

              I want to report about Pizza Hut Inorbit Mall – Mumbai. The service is pathetic. I had ordered a salad which had an insect in it. On calling the waiter he replaced the salad however didn’t get me a plate to eat it. And irony is they charged me for the salad saying its complimentary. Service Pathetic!!! They were playing music that loud as if it was a pub. A clear no if you don’t wanna spoil your evening.

              May 23rd, i placed an order at Pizza hut versova for pizza and a garlic bread ; i didn'T recieve it . After 5 mins, I called again and they said it'll reach my house by 20 mins, I waITed For an hour, the guy on the phone called Rakesh accused me and told me it's not his fault, he cut the phone on my face
              i am a regular customer and ictim of pathetic services of pizza hut.
              they always deliver late behave rude and are not bothered about customers.
              they will promise you big and wont be able to keep it and if you ask to document what they have promised they will straight away decline.
              they will also not let you have the escalation contact details if you ask for the same.
              i spoke to outlet manager, area sales manager but all are frauds.

                Very poor service. the people taking the order can not understand simple english. They are even poor in understanding the order in hindi. I had to spend almost 15 minutes on two ocasions recently while placing a simple order. thi is particularly for pizza hut gurgaon, with the number.. 4013961. I mean absolutely low standard service. The guys are confused. they can not track the order no. constant reminders have to be given and constant follow up need to be done about the delivery. they even did not supply the origano and chilli flakes. the order was not complete as they missed out on 1 soft drink... i m really upset amd i feel very strongly about the issue. i never expected this downgraded service from pizza hut. the guys are even not aware about the locations that they can deliver.. i would now be scared to place an order with pizza hut.. completely disappointed... a piza hut fan!!!

                i just left a pizza hut in mo were i had the worst service posible
                we got the buffet and it was good but i only saw the waitress twice once to seat use and once to take our order that was it no refills no how is everything nothing so when we left we told the manager and all she did was take our drinks off i will not go back to that pizza hut again ticked off in mo.

                Pizza Hut — Indecent way of talking and service

                I was disturbed at the service and poor way of handling customer complaints by pizza hut.

                The waiter Named- Joseph(pizza hut -bharat mall, mangalore) didn't had the courtesy to talk to customers and not at all any mannerism to handle the customers, he was just to arogant to take any complaints done by me and my fellow friends.Saying that i don't care about your complaints.

                I would like pizza hut authorities to take some serious actions in this matter and will want some updates on the actions taken may be mailing me. Otherwise it would be really miserable on there side.

                I visited the pizza hut at Nirmal Lifestyle Mulund Mumbai at 8.30pm on 11th april 2009 and when entered in i was not given menu cards, no water and even plates were not kept on the table. i waited for 15 mins to give my order and then i called the manager(Sarika) and complained who in turn apologized and gave assurance that she will take care of my order. Sarika took my order and gave time limits. I again waited for the food whereas other customers come after me were already served food. I again asked for sarika at 9.55 and was informed that she has left for the day. Other staff was even unaware of my order and the other manager(Taurek) called sarika on her cell phone and asked her about my order and finally i got my order served at 10.45pm. This is a very pathethic service from the manager(Sarika). If managers are so careless then u can think of other staff.
                THE SERVICE I RECEIVED WAS VERY POOR. I WAITED WHILE THE PERSON WHO SHOULD HAVE BEEN WORKING THE REGISTER SANG AND PRETENDED TO NOT CARE IF I WAS WAITING . SHE WAS ALSO TALKING VERY NEGATIVE ABOUT A CALL IN ORDER SHE HAD RECEIVED. THE PERSON HAD BEEN PUT ON HOLD AND SHE BRAGGED ABOUT (LET THEM WAIT)

                Pizza Hut — Tax on service charge

                Pizza Hut charges service charge over and above the cost of food and beverages. And it also charges tax on the service charge. The service charge should be discretionary in the first place. Even if the customer is charged service charge, what is the basis of charging tax on service charge?

                Pizza Hut, Brigade Road Bangalore — NON PAYMENT OF PF MONEY EVEN AFTER LEAVING THE FIRM TO JOIN ARMY 5 YEARS BACK

                I was an employee of PIZZA HUT, brigade road, Bangalore.i left the company on july 2004 after completing an year and a half of service in the organization.before leaving i had filled all formal documents for PF claim but even after completing 5 years the company failed to pay back the PF.i approached the company many times but they couldn't deliver a satisfactory answer.i dont know my PF number since the pay slip which i got those days didn't had PF numbers enclosed in it. i am expecting an early reply please.
                what bad they do, my father work for UB GROUP THE FAMOUS VIJAY MALLIYA, HE GIVE 40 YEARS TO THEM AND THEY NOT SETTEL MY FATHER BALANCE PF AND GRATUTY
                This is true. I experienced the same today, it is unfair to charges taxes on service charge.
                I visited the pizza hut at AEON Bukit Tinggi at 9.30pm on 4th Dec 2009 and when entered i choose a table to sit and that table even plates were not kept on the table. i waited for 15 mins to give my order, i oder 1set of island pizza and 1 set of hawai chicken, the almost 5min just come 2 water, after 20min come isang pizza, then after 10min again no more food come...
                i try to ask the waiter come to serve and and ask where the food i order, but i call 10min also nobody want to come serve me, but other customer are late to come, they food is already send to they..

                Pizza Hut — Tax on service charge

                I recently visited a food outlet. When reviewed their bill i noticed that that have charged Tax (12.%) on the Service charges (10% of food bill) also. I just wanted to know tat if this correct or they are cheating innocent coustomers ?

                Pizza Hut Ashford Middx — wrong order

                i ordered veg pizza on the phone,when delivered the pizza had meat on it so i called pizza hut to say that they had send us the wrong order.
                the person on the phone was not sorry but was rude,i asked him for the replacement and if he would give a compliantly drink as they got the order wrong and that we are pizza hut's regular customers.i asked to speak to the manager he said he was the manager.
                well i have never know managers to be sorry rude.

                Pizza Hut Karol Bagh — Bad products and service

                I had ordered a pizza and a chocolate truffle cake from Pizza Hut Karol Bagh. To my 'shock' what i received after 40-45 mins was a soggy, uncooked, cold pizza and a chocolate mousse cake which I had not ordered ever. On asking the delivery staff I was told that the truffle cake was out of stock which, is something that the person taking the order could have told me!

                I wonder if PHD expects customers to take anything that is delivered to them in teh name of home delivery. Also why have promising tagline when they can't stand upto it?

                I ordered a classic tiramisu n a pizza meal for take away. They only gave me pizza meal and took the money for both. At home after checking the package when I called at the shop the sales person talked very rudely. They do not know how to treat their customers. Very bad servise n attitude also.

                Pizza Hut — Not delivered

                This pizza hut empolyees are playing with us, dont know what the hell is going on . After ordering PIZZA HUT employes were saying that will be coming and all, after one hour they told that no order placed or route offline and all stupid reasons .
                Nobody was taking responsible for that, actually it was dinner time, Really very upset with PIZZA HUT and very very worst service and irresponsible employees( Murugeshpalya old airport road BANGALORE). I will never go for PIZZA HUT and even i will inform to my frendz also about great PIZZA HUT.

                Pizza Hut — Long Delivery time

                Yesterday I placed order which was promised to be deliver in 30 minutes however even after reminder delivery boy reached me after 1.5hours. This is really pathetic, if you cant deliver on time why you commit and at first place why take order. I am highly dissatisfied and going to file case against you .

                Pizza Hut — Charred Garlic bread

                We received completely charred & cold & hard as rock garlic bread today(8-Mar-14) from HSR Layout Sector 1 PHD. When we called again to complaint, were placed on hold for more than 10 mins & then told the the restaurant manager is busy & will get a call back within next 2 mins. The call never came.

                Pizza Hut — quality and taste

                Yesterday 22/3/2014 I ordered pizza pan 4 all veg and non veg around 8:15 pm. It came on time but the taste was so bad, tangy and dry as if its sauce has gone bad that my guests and I could not put in our mouth had to throw away the whole order

                Pizza Hut — placed a wrong order and the pizza was stale and cold

                I had ordered a big veg pizza(mushroom corn delight) in Pizza Hut located in cosmos mall, Siliguri, West Bengal, but was served with a different pizza that did not have a single piece of mushroom in it. On top of that, the pizza was served late and was stale and cold.
                Hi, Today i had place an order over phone at 9:25PM and the customer service agent said it will be delivered within 45 minutes. i have waited till 10:36PM and i didn't got any call or reply from Pizza hut guys. When i called the customer service again they simply replied that because of some technical issue the order didn't placed. so i can place it tomorrow. i asked that guy to can you ask your supervisor to talk to me? he said yes and forwarded call to him. The phone was ringing ringing and no one answered. Once again i called the customer service this time the customer service guy informed the same and gave a free advise that i can got store and get it from there. When i asked for the supervisor he said they only call me after sometime. But i didn't got any call from them. Is this the way and international and well known store treats its customers. i really disappointed with their service. Better they can close their customer service and online orders too. so that, at least people can got to store directly and have some fresh food from their only. Thanks...

                Pizza Hut — no delivery of pizza and no response from pizza hut

                i ordered a pizza and as per the terms and conditions it has to be reached to me in next 30 min but no pizza boy turned up neither the pizza hut turned up and this let me to sleep hungry and after that when i called, the call was not connection as it was put on hold for very long.

ORDER NO 8766, Inspite of my numerous calls neither the Pizza has been delivered nor any communication recd from your end.Every time when i call up they say we are arranging a call from store within 2 minutes..
                I ORDERED FOR A PIZZA AT 8.53 PM BUT DID NOT RECEIVE T DELIVERY AFTER AN HOUR SO CALLED UP T CALL CENTER I WAS TOLD THAT THEY HAVE MY DETAILS BUT HAV NOT PUNCHED T ORDER THAN KEPT ME ON HOLD FOR HALF AN HOUR WHEN I DEMANDED TO TALK TO A SENIOR CALL CENTER EXECUTIVE. A VERY LAX BEHAVIOUR OF T CALL CENTER EMPLOYEES.
                Dear Team,

                As a brand and organization, you should train your staff on customer service, it took nearly 45 min to serve the order, even we had to request several times to serve water, the order was placed in one go whereas the order was served in intervals, we were 10 people & ordered 4 pizza, firstly 2 were served then the remaing 2 were served after 40 minutes, kindly take the necessary action to improvise customer service

                Really it's a very pathetic and worst services ever I got...as once I ordered and my guests were awaiting from long time but it's unbelievable I got the delivery 0of product too long late..
                I won't order anymore from here...
