[Resolved]  Samsung — Service centre not giving me satisfaction

Dear Sir,
My Samsung Refrigerator which was not in warranty was repaired by samsung service center person on 24 May 2012 and after three days it started giving me same problem.I have given Rs. 2000/-, these fellows cheating me sir, kindly refer my problems

Complained is Not Cooling (Gas refill)

I call them they are not giving response answer. They have given bill & one year guarantee, but they are not attending my phone call.

using samsung corby pro B5310 piece!
i am not satisfied by using this piece. while openin some files it was shoing some troubles like "not enough resources close some applications" this trouble came 1st while i am opening contacts to forward a message.
now the same trouble was continuing where i am going to type the msg on touch screen! so pleace suggest some idea to overcome this problem!

as earlier three month ago i will purchased a samsung corby mobile @ rs 5000 after two week it will lost there fore i went to the service center for this matter they do nothing just take my complained. now 1 week ago i will buy samsung chatt 322 in low budget cost.as tomorrow i will set my mobile in charged for just half an hour after i removed i can see my LCD was broken i am really sure that there is no more any physical damaged with my phone, there fore i went to the service center they said it is a physical damaged we do nothing you have to pay 1050 rs for new LCD.i am very desperate from your service.

Samsung — NOT PROVIDING SERVICE

I HAD SENT SAMSUNG COMPANY COMPLAINT REGARDING MY REFRIGERATOR ON 18.6.2011 AND WAS PROVIDED BP NO [protected]. IT WAS VERY DISHEARTENING OF AN EXPERINCE I HAD WITH SAMSUNG THAT NOTHING TILL DATE HAS BEEN DONE TO EVEN LOOK INTO MY COMPLAINT LEAVE ASIDE PROPERLY ATTENDING IT AND SOLVING THE PROBLEM. IHAD PURCHASE THE REGRIGERATOR OF SAMSUNG BECAUSE OF MY FAITH IN THE COMPANY AND THE ETHICS FOLLOWED BY THE COMPANY (WHICH I THOUGHT MIGHT BE OF HIGH STANDARDS) BUT TO MY GREAT SURPRISE FIRST THE REFRIGERATOR WAS NOT OF A GOOD QUALITY BECAUSE IT DOES NOT PERFORM THE TASK IT IS MEANT FOR. SECONDLY BY GIVING NO RESPONSE TO MY COMPLAINT THE SAMSUNG COMPANY HAS INCREASED MY AGONY AND HARRASED ME AND THUS MAKING ME UNNECESSARILY SUFFER PHYSICALLY,MENTALLY AND FINANCIALLY. NOW SINCE THE SAMSUNG REFRIGERATOR IS NOT WORKING AND THE SAMSUNG IS NOT FUL FILING ITS COMMITMENT TOWARDS THE CONSUMER IWAS COMPLLED BY MY CIRCUMSTANCES TO GO FOR THE PURCHASE OF A NEW REFRIGERATOR AND DUE TO WHICH AGAIN I SUFFERED FINANCIAL LOSSES AND MENTAL HARASSMENT. my samsung refrigrator bottle holder is broken and i have contacted to service centre in jabalpur atleast 5 times and i was ready to pay for it but they not to do . so please look into the matter.

MY MAILBOX WITH REDIFF ALWAYS GETS CLUTTERED WITH SEVERAL OFFERS LIKE 75% DISCOUNT, 1 RUPEE OFFERS AND "0" COST OFFERS. WHEN WE RESPOND TO THOSE OFFERS, THEY MAKE YOU TO ENTER YOUR PERSONAL DETAILS INCLUDING YOUR ADDRESS, MOBILE NUMBER, DATE OF BIRTH, CREDIT/DEBIT CARD NUMBERS. ONCE THIS OVER, THEY ASK YOU TO PAY Rs.500+ TOWARDS HANDLING CHARGES EVEN FOR SUBSTANDARD PRODUCT AND EQUIPMENT. THOUGH I AGREED TO PAY AGAINST DELIVERY, THEY DID NOT DELIVER THE PRODUCT EVEN AT THE END OF THE FOURTH MONTH. ON BEING INQUIRED, THEY SAY THEY DO NOT HAVE STOCK OF THE PARTICULAR PRODUCT. WHEN THEY DO NOT HAVE SUFFICIENT STOCK OF THE PRODUCT WHY SHOULD THEY OFFER THE PRODUCT AND COLLECT PERSONAL INFORMATION FROM THE CONSUMER. I SUSPECT THAT THEY DO NOT WANT TO ENCOURAGE THE PEOPLE WHO WANTED TO PAY THE MONEY AGAINST DELIVERY. THEY ARE JUST INTERESTED IN CONCLUDING THE DEAL THROUGH CREDIT CARD/ DEBIT CARD AND ARMED WITH YOUR SENSITIVE INFORMATION, GOD KNOWS WHAT WILL HAPPEN TO YOUR CREDIT CARD/ DEBIT CARD ACCOUNT.

MY STRONG ADVISE TO THE READERS/ CONSUMERS NOT TO FALL PRAY TO THESE SITES. IF YOU ARE REPEATEDLY GETTING THIS SORT OF FREEBIE OFFERS COMPLAIN TO THE SITE AND IF THEY ARE NOT WILLING TO STOP, JUST CLOSE DOWN YOUR EMAIL ACCOUNT.

i have buy a led monitor SA300B after one month i stops working

i`m from chandigarh.and i bought galaxy pop 2 weeks ago. and i suffered a problem regarding vedio playback... then i reached samsung service centre sec-14 panchkula...but the person who was sitting there didn`t even replied to my queries.and complaints... i felt that the head of that centre...was not having any technical knowledge... so i kindly request samsung to redress my problem...

I bought a Refriferator in the month of May, 2011. It is not working and there is Ice formation in the Deepr Freezer. I made a number of complaint and there is no use. A service Engineer and came and checked up and told me that it is beyond repair. He said that the fridge has to be replaced. He took photocopy of the Invoice. So far nothing happened. Samaung Service is a useless one. I made a mistake of buying Samsung Refrigerator. I bought a Fridge on May. 17th 2011. There is a problem of Auto Defrost is not working. I called the service a number of times and they did not respond at all. After a long persuation a Service Engineer came and said that the Fridge has to be replaced. He took the copy of the invoice also. Nothing happened and now it is almost 3 weeks. Nobody is giving any proper reply. I live in Bangalore -560037.
