[Resolved]  Samsung — Service centre not giving me satisfaction

Dear Sir,
My Samsung Refrigerator which was not in warranty was repaired by samsung service center person on 24 May 2012 and after three days it started giving me same problem.I have given Rs. 2000/-, these fellows cheating me sir, kindly refer my problems

Complained is Not Cooling (Gas refill)

I call them they are not giving response answer. They have given bill & one year guarantee, but they are not attending my phone call.

Sir,

I m purchasing samsung star before 11 months but their have touch problem .I am giving my mobile in service center on 16.11.11 but still my mobile not received. My job no.is-10158.
In service station they not talking well, and not giving satisfied answer.

Pls do the needful , I am frustet.

in my life my major nd big mistake is that i buy ur cell that is samsung wave 533, because its speed nd accuracy so much bad. my mobile get automattically hanked nd switch off. in ur costumer care batala rd at amritsar, he or she behviour nt well. by mistake i lost my mobile bill. i told him that give me duplicate mobile bill with the help of e.m.i no., bt he say no. you can contact me on [protected]

my name is sakthirani. I purchased Samsung mobile X650 model in August 2007. Last 3 months I am searching the Battery but I am not getting. I contacted the Samsung service centre, but was told that it is not available. they told it is old model. now this model battery is not made. i want to ask one question here. is this model working for 5 years only? after that what to do this mobile? I wrote to company so many times to help me and made it available, but No response from the Samsung India.

It is our sincere request to please look into the matter and do the needful.

I the under signed Shivanand T. Keeliputti has purchased LCD TV 32 " in the month of Augst 2011 I have problem of clarity and view and images. I have complaint to your office dt. 03.12.2011. Till today no response from your end. Please change set of TV as earliest. before that i have contacted Agency several time his not taking any interest to solve the problem. i purchased samsung refrigerator model RT26HCSR (255l) on 05/06/2011 from Mehrasons electronics pvt. ltd. sector 22-A chandigarh .The frost free fridge is claimed to retain the freshness of the items stored but right from day one of installing the fridge i am totally dismayed of its performance because items put inside the unit start giving stale smell the very next day. I have followed the tips and even after proper covering the items, the stale smell does not go away.I have brought this deficiency to the service engineer who visited twice but he even refuses to accept it any fault. The items left in the open these days in winter remain fresh and odour free as compared to those kept in the fridge. It seems to me that either the piece has some manufacturing fault or the technology used is not delivering the desired results . In both the cases i wonder what options are left to me.Change the unit? replace the present one with another model? I just want a fridge which does not render the stored items stale so that i do not have to listen to my wife complaints as soon as opens the door of the fridge.You are the one to help me and quickly because i have been keeping a lot of patience which is likely to wear out soon and i may be coaxed to take my complaint and dissatisfaction to the relevant redressal forums.

Samsung Refrigerator — Samsung dealer ignoring customer complaints

I am having problem with my Samsung Refrigeratot since October 2011. My family bought it from a Samsung dealer in Ambarnath. The refrigerator is not cooling and every time we call the dealer or samsung customer care they don't listen. the fridge is still under warranty period and still v paid money twice when some ppl came to repair the fridge. Again the situation has risen and are fed up calling people. these people not only ignore the complaints but also lie. Samsung need to do something about this

I have also same problem with SAMSUNG GT I9103 galaxy SR. Purchased on[protected] from Ahmadabad. Since last month i have problem phone is switched off and restart frequently. I approached service center two times but they are not able to solve the problem. I will again visit on Monday they will keep my hand set for two days and let me know.

Dear Sir,
I purchased one split AC 1.5 from SHIVANI ELECTRONICS, BERHAMPUR on 13th april 2010 vide MODEL NO.-AS183VGA & SL.NO.-0122PPJ23001275. From then it gives cooling problem frequently. in last six month back the service center of this area took RS 4000/- to repair the out door unit. still then it continues the same problem. last month when i made a complain the service center persons attended and noticed me we couldn't fill the gas due to winter season. so again they filled gas.yesterday i.e 19.04.2012 i found a sound of gas leakage for that i informed the service center.instead of my repeated phone calls they made wrong commitments that we are going.
At the time of purchased the unit has not been installed properly & the gas pipe was fixed by making so many rounds & proper space is not maintained, due to which abnormal sound is coming & the above problem might have been occur. Hope my problem is rectified as soon as possible with out any charges as i am dissatisfied since 2 years with this product.
i bought a samsung refrigerator one n a half year back.
two months back the freezer compartment stopped producing ice.i called up customer care and they suggested me their servie center H.D ASSOCIATE(B-48 nirala nagar, lucknow U.P)
They took my refrigerator for repairing charged me rs 1058 and gave me a warranty of 1 month and promised that any complaint within 1 month would be resolved without payment but within a few days again freezing stopped producing ice their warranty will end on 9-5-12 past 15days ihave been calling at the service centre nobody picks my phone
I was given an assurance by samsung customer i wanted to talk to the supervisor but after holding for half hour i was told that nobody is free to talk to me a technician shall visit but i want him to visit before 9-5-12 so that i dont need to pay again
