Bed service detail...
I purchase a window a.c one ton in april 09.after one year it gived lekege problam of gas..I called your service center and your srevice man came and did it ok..but this year again it gives the same problam likege of gas..this time i again called your custmer care and registered a comp. on 7 july with bp.no.-[protected].after so many calls and after seven days your eng.vist my home and agaian filled the gas in a.c and charged rs-1500 from me against this and confrem me three months likege wrantey of this gas filling but he gives me no recipt of this gas filling charge of rs 1500..now i have again some problem in my ac and now when i calling him he does not pick my phone from last 5 days.and he is not give my recipt of rs 1500..so pls check this.i have also comp.your hisar service incharge om parkash but he also not picked my phone..i have 5 product in my home of sumsang.ac.washing machine, dvd, t.v.and fregde..if you gives me no solution then i will not purchase any product of sumsang in my life...

Samsung — phone and accessories are returned but refund not received
my phone is under warranty i submitted it to the service center in Ganga plaza, later the service centre was closed. now i do not under stand that where to go i totally disagree with the samsung mobile service very bad service provide by the samsung service centre . centre city code 204101 . and my mobile no. [protected]
i have purchase samsung GT-C3510, and after 2 months mother board totally failed i gave my mobile to service centre hathras (mahamaya nagar ) city code 204101 on date[protected] and he did n, t give me my mobile till today . so totally disagree with samsung mobile . and i say to all my friend do not purchase samsung mobile.
Samsung Mobile — not implementing consumer forum order
Sir,I had filled an complaint against samsung mobile for sale of defective mobile to me and court has issued final order on my complaint on 12/7/2011. Court has issued direction to compliance the order within 30 days of the receipt of the order. Copy of the order is also forwarded to samsung mobile through email and receipt of copy of court order and email confirmed by them while giving reply to me that "'We are sorry for the inconvenience happened to you with our product and services. As the same we are forwarding the case to the concern department you will be contacted accordingly". But till date they do not contacted me.

Samsung Corby Pro — Given for repairing and lost by the care centre
I had given my samsung corby pro handset for repairing to the Samsung Company Authorized Care center.the mobile was under warranty.
I was given another handset after a long delay from due date.
i refused to accept the handset.
i was promised refund within a month.
but its been more than a month but still the refuse me saying we didnt get any response from the company.

Samsung — problems with my a/c
Respected,Sir/madamThis complain is with respect to the a/c (Sam sung 1.5 ton split air conditioner) that I have brought on 22/11/2010 tax invoice no :13867 .
This is not just today but since the day I have purchased this a/c I am suffering with lot of problem with above mentioned product.The very next day when I had brought this a/c there was problem with it, After which technical person had come ,he there by by had help for the same.Just in that same month there was problem with working of a/c again this time the person did not turn up,after a repeated follow up it was then repaired.
Problem is not just till this but, it is still going on so far even today.
The problem is also with the service providers no sign of co-operation is being given from their side, nothing is being explained by the service providers so far,we are kept in dark.
In this span of a year, 7 to 8 times the complain is being given through telephone and it is being repaired again and again.
Apart from this, just few days back when I called them up for a complain I was given false information related to the guarantee period I was being said that the product is out of guarantee period and nothing can be done .
i have a copy of bill which says the guarantee period ends by next week , The conversation end`ed up with verbal fight by the service provider.
now at present part`s are being taken away for repair by the technical person for repair but nothing could be done so far. Regularly the person keeps on visiting my place with some or other solution but nothing has worked so far.In this same process i would be ending up with the guarantee period.
I here by request you to look into the problem as soon as you can because it has affected me mentally, financially and by all other means.

Samsung Duo — -ve customer care response
I have brought my Samsung Duo mobil Phone on 26 Nov. 2010. for Rs 3100/= On 1st nov. 2011 it develops a problem showing no network. on next day i approached the samsung customer care at lal chowk srinagar. They keep the set for a week with them, after one week they just told me we can not fix the problem, or you can pay Rs 1700/= and the problem will be fixed. I said the set is under warranty, but they refused and give back my phone. The senior management of has to look into these issues otherwise people will loose trust with samsung.61%
