Samsung — Service not good
Sir i bought new laptop on 26 may 2012.....bt having 1 problem..when i use with charging it wifi speed comes good but without charging it worst..
i tried to call customer care they gave some no bt there is no response...

Samsung Mobile Phones — it is warranty lcd was broken .i made a payment of rs 1200 due to lcd was not in warranty
i given my handset in the month of june and it was returned to me after a week there was no call from sevice provider they told me that they will charge 1200 i said ok but the response of the store manager in lajpat nagar service center was very pathetic and baad they did not refund me parts they changed now my set is hanging and not supporting good as it was earlier tomorow my warranty is going over let me give the actual suggestion wht to do?or i case againt the samsung phone

I bought a SAMSUNG-MONTE(IMEI:[protected]) mobile on 10/09/2012 from Samsung smart phone cafe, kesavadasapuram, trivandrum. From the first day onwards the display automatically restarts.Then i complained the matter to the shop.They told it is because of signal problem and it will go after 1 or 2 weeks. But it didn't happen and after that i went to Samsung service center( shop no 217, first floor, annas arcade).They told it is because of software error. They upgraded the software and returned to me.Again the problem repeated.And now they are telling they will change the complete software board and return. Now i get to know that the shop has given me the damaged piece. Instead of repairing i requested for new mobile but they are not willing to replace it. If they are not replacing a new one, then it may be in working condition for 1 year and by that time my warranty period will get over.This is a case of cheating the public in the name of Samsung products.
If i am not replaced with a new mobile, they i am forced to report the matter to all leading newspapers and as well as file a case in consumer court.

Issue with Fridge
I have a Samsung Fridge and have been facing issues with servicing for last 1 week - it is disappointing to have a bought their product as it seems that they are not bothered - poor representation of the Company values.
They are supposed to get a part that needs to be replaced and have not been able to do so and hence the simple thing is to ignore the customer - they do not call to give an update - it is only me who is regularly following up with them. I fail to understand why them call themselves customer centric - it is the customer who needs to run in circle around them.
I have even written to the CEO desk mail ID - and the response from there has also been shabby - I get an email today stating that as per discussion over the "call" - "when no one called me" the service center will look into it - and this is when I went to them to state that Service center is not able to help.
And to add to that the "Samsung Service Center" employee tells me that although Samsung is not being to service my fridge he can do it on his own accord - their employees also show the level of loyalty towards the organisation
I hope they wake up soon - this a a market run by customers not by producers

I represent NCRly, s Allahabad AC Depot as SrSE/AC/ALD.
I wish to apprise you that this depot had purchased 20 Nos.2TR capacity split type AC Units make SAMSUNG in OCT, 2010 through COS/NCR//ALD P.O from M/S ASHA & CO, ALLAHABAD who has given 01 yr guarantee & next 04 yrs warranty for replacement Compressors if went defective.It is a part of terms & condition agreed by supplier M/S Asha & Co.& also in Guarantee Certificate issued by M/S Asha & co
On 12.4.2013, One No.Split type AC Unit installed in VIP Suit No.2 went defective on account of its compressor earthed.Complaint lodged to yours Noida Consumer Service Center who in turn forwarded to Allahabad Service Center. Service Engineer appeared after 5 days, took a copy of BILL and went to site taking S No. of compressor, ours mobile nos. & left saying he will appear along with Compressor in few days. On 22.4.2013, he informed telephonic ally that Rs 3200/- required to replace the compressor which is not covered under Terms & conditions signed by Supplier.
Rly is ready to provide Refrigerant & other available facility required for repair of above said defective AC Unit.
But since then no body turned up to attend . Mr Mishra of M/S Asha Co.is in daily contact with under signed but no positive result yielded.
You are, therefore, kindly requested to look into the matter at the earliest possible please or administrative action may likely to initiate against Supplier which may adversely affect popularity SAMSUNG in entire Rly. Rly is a big consumer of yours SAMSUNG Brand please.

Service engineer told me blocked some rope capillary way. Now i had removed. Why this did not do right service for repaired previous service... why I had paid unnecessary payment for unnecessary payment collect for service engineer (Mr. stalin raj.) and unnecessary replacement the some part also. So I pay only service cost only please make arrangement for regarding this mail
Bill No. 2885. Collect the cash from me 3088 rupees.
