This pair of Crocs was purchased on 11/08/2022 from Crocs located at Lulu International shopping mall, Ernakulam, Kerala.
Not even six months o[censored]sing it, and this is the present condition. The rubber part of the slipper is torn, and when asked at the store, they said all they could do is glue it up, and it is not possible for them to give a new pair in exchange.
It is pathetic that a pair of Crocs worth around ₹5000 wouldn't...

This is to bring your kind notice that I bought a crocs chappel worth 4999 from Mall of travancore unfortunately the product got damaged and also it faded i only used that chappel for less than 1 and half year. I am highly disappointed. Kindly please resolve this issue.I look forward to your replay and a resolution to my problem...

My crocs got scratched within few months, this is highly disappointing. Kindly get them exchanged...

Didn't get the refund even nearly after a month. This is not a good gesture from a very famous brand.

I haven't used it as much and is willing to get a replacement for it if I could.hoping to get one since I haven't worn in it so much and also it's been only 2 months. This is to bring to your kind notice that I purchased a pair of crocs lite ride a couple of months ago (I do not have the bill of purchase with me anymore for the exact date reference) and to my utter disappointment, my crocs have already got torn marks. I had used the crocs bayaband clogs earlier for almost 3 years and then purchased the crocs lite ride.

This is very dissatisfactory for me as I never expected crocs as a brand...

The crocs which I have buyed 1 year before but it was so soft and and also I have completely unsatisfied on the bottom outer side tht is completely ruined and soft which pokes easily while walking and also it has completely destroyed like after 1 year I don’t no how this happened but it’s completely damaged and also side rubber of glue is also came of very worst experience sorry to say...

It’s been years I purchased my crocs through online . They got torn on the upper side which scratches my leg and make me uncomfortable.Could you please see to this and kindly help me with the action of return....

I bought my crocs sandal almost a year back and it broke last month. I couldn't even use it for a whole year. I spend 3000 rupees on the crocs sandal....

The strap of crocs clog I bought was damaged within 6 months and get them to 2-3 crocs near me, and not even one shop was able to fix it and replace the strap. After that, I was unable to use crocs and it also started tearing. Now it's more than 1 year, I am really disappointed in the service and quality of crocs clog....

There are many scratches and colour changed in my crocs....

I have bought a crocs from a Forum fiza mall in mangalore, I have literally used it and it got damaged after 6 months .Payed 5500 for that crocs. When i visited store they are telling they cant replace it, They have taken for repair and the problem didn't resolved, they just applied glue and given to me.I am crocs customer from many years before this didnt occured....

There are many scratches and colour changed in my crocs .i Bought it in white colour but now look the condition of the crocs...

The clogs are color faded and there are some marks in it and the black crocs color became grey and it looks bad and it is messed up....

These is regarding I recently purchase one pair of crocs from showroom and it is damaged within 2 months only.
These was not expected from your brand as the price is also quite expensive so we as a customer wants good product FYI.
Please advise next....

Occured few days back of this month.
My crocs were got faded and small dents occured below the foot and around them.
Can u please make a replace for a new crocs in the store at the same price.
If i want an another model i will pay extra amount by returning this crocs and paying remaining amount to that pair....

I just used 5 months my crocs sandal it is easily scratched everywhere. How can i go with this kind of issue ....
