Order not delivered by Dmart and no refund

Order no 30672511 was scheduled for 25th April, but they have not delivered it and cancelled it later. but i do not see a refund for the same yet. Nobody is replying on the follow up emails. Dmart is not initiating refund....

Dmart Payment done but showing that Payment is pending and order not placed

I have placed an order on 8th May pay and the amount and paid through netbanking . The amount got deducted from my bank but the order dint get placed. I also tried connecting with the customer care and dropped an email but no response so far.

Missing items in order

I have placed order on 30th May 2021, which was expected to deliver by 2nd May 2021. I have not yet got the delivery of the same. Order No. 31625502

I even don't have an option of cancellation of order, neither anyone answer your customer service number.

Luckily once got connected to customer service number on 5th May, where I have got reply, that the order will be deliver by end of day,...

Payment done yet showing payment failure

I ordered my groceries from Dmart Ready app and also made an online payment via net banking, the amount got deducted from the bank account but due to some reason in the app it's showing that my payment was unsuccessful, I even tried calling the customer care but there was no response!
Please resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Didn't receive the order delivery yet

I had placed my order on 28th April and the payment is already done. I was supposed to receive the order on 2nd May between 8AM to 7PM, yet no signals of delivery. The customer service is also not responding.

Order not placed Even after paying amount

Dmart ready customer care service is worst I made an order for 1612 nd paid through Google pay money was deducted but order was failed I want my refund amount I tried calling 20 times still there was no single answer from the customer care how can I get my refund back ??even I wrote an email still no response...

Bill amount paid online, but the order status shows payment failed

This is in accordance to order no. 31526443 dated 30 April 2021. The payment has been successfully done through Gpay for Rs. 2763/- but in order status it shows that the payment failed and showing retry payment. Delay delivery and no response on customer care

I was expecting delivery on 26/apr/2021 however there is no communication of when it will get deliver my products. I tried contacting to customer care but there no answer of calls. I had tried calling them 17 times but it always got disconnect after mins and some seconds when i m on waiting on ivr for customer care.

I had ordered products from Dmart Ready and it was scheduled to be home delivered on 26th April between 7 AM to 8PM. However we received a message at 4:30 PM stating that your order was not delivered, will get back to you shortly. Till now there isn't any update on our delivery nor is the customer care picking up the phone. Please look into the matter, either give us a refund or deliver it today.

Rude behavior staff

ToDay i went Hosur dmart shop, one staff name is kaviarasu, he is behaving rudely and speaking Unrespectly, I told to him you speak politely to customers but he is not hearing my words, he told my behaviour like that only and he said you go out.he think customers are street dogs, he's behaving like that only, I feel very bad. plz take action to him he will come and ask to me sorry....
