Today I visited the D-Mart NSL branch at Malaysian Township in Kukatpally, Hyderabad. I purchased items worth Rs.594/- but the transaction amount was debited multiple items. I paid the amount through the ICICI UPI payment but the amount was debited 5 times. Due to this issue I approached to Manager but he talked very much rudely about this issue.Bank statement is clearly showing that transaction was completed at D-Mart...

Hi,
Today i visited dmart muralinagar, visakhapatnam between 11.30am to 12.30pm. Went to card only kiosk as pos issue staff asked me to pay through upi phone pe, i did paid through phone pe at 12.11 as transaction successful message from phone pe, but staff argued to pay in cash as they did not receive it into their account, i was shown my account statement by opening netbanking, also shown my sms that proves my payment successful...

Hi support, I visited the DMart madhurwada for the very first time, when bought full list of items. For monthly ration, I wasn't knew that the home delivery us not available, hence I requested for dummy bag, to carry all Kiribati items, then during my interaction with managers, they informed me, you buy or leave you may buy 14000 rs, but we don't provide the dummy used bags. But where as in bangalore in such situations the team was proactive....

" For your face you cannot able to take the opening balnce at all "( in regional language) . He don't know... How to talk with girl's staff at all...! 😭... Even before entering dmart they are asking 120/- parking charges..
What if we just buy something and leave in half an hr..before there used to be free parking for 2 hrs if we show the bill
This is in virumgambakkam dmart..
So we left the place without entering!!...

And I also purchased Loreal 640ml Shampoo 2piece and it's price is given in display was 299rs per piece and in bill it was billed on 495rs per piece...

Today we made a purchase of Rs 3398.50 from D-Mart store at gujjangundla ring road, Guntur 522006 but I missed bill out of the store in that bill all are ITC products
I went back and asked the store incharge please provide the duplicate bill but they are not responding properly and I asked them can I meet store manager but they are not allowed me to store manager and they told me go and give the complaint in online

This is reference to order id 24268586. One of the order was for parachute coconut oil 600 ml dmart price inr 199 but Coco nourish coconut 500 ml dmart price inr 109/- got delivered. There is a price difference of one inr 90 which is to be refunded.
