Not stopping the bus at bus stand

I am a working girl of Delhi ncr and travelling through dtc buses from past 2 years. This is not the first time that I have faced such problem with dtc buses, many bus drivers and conductors are misbehaving with passengers including female passengers as well and on behalf of this I want to complain of bus number 33A which was scheduled at 1:09pm 08/07/2023 at botanical garden bus stand. Monthly bus pass

Today 2 pm in night I was in kashmiri gate
And bus no is dl 1pc 3233 going to airport terminal 3. then I got on the bus and bus conductor and driver told me any bus pass is not valid this bus, and he ask me 50 rupees for tickets in 1 kms. Careless driving and misbehave

I and my family was boarding in the bus (Route no. 356, Bus number 5785) at Sekh Sarai at 7:45 on 7th April 2023. Suddenly the bus driver closed the door. My wife stuck between doors and the road. We cried but The driver also moved the bus. My wife got hurted at left shoulder. After that the homeguard without uniform was misbehaving and threatened us. Now my wife has much pain in her shoulder.

Non Stopping of Bus No.578 at Arjun Path Bus stop-reg.

Sir,
This is to inform you that my wife alongwith my 4 year old son were waiting for Bus No.578 at Arjun Path bus Stop (Subrato Park) at 01.30 PM today i.e. 05.04.2023. Despite repeated requests the Bus driver did not stop the bus at the said Bus stop causing minor injury to them also. This is a very negligent and irresponsible behaviour at the end of the said bus driver hence he must be penalize for his irresponsible/negligence attitude...

Wrong cut

Bus number DL1PDD214 taken a cut in wrong way. Please review it as driver dnt know the ethic how to take cut if he want to take a left cut which lane he need to come from. It's was really dangerous and I were with my family. I can met with the accident. Due to the wrong driving practice of DTC bus (orang colour) in GTB Nagar red light....

Bus 107 bus numbers 4637 don't stop at bus stop

I was standing on the bus stand waiting for 107 bus, but when it came the bus driver didn't stop the bus although I showed my hand indicating to stop the bus but the driver ignored me and didn't stop ....

Request for showing Live location or running status of DTC buses (specially Blue buses running To/from Bawana)

Misbehave by Driver in Bus No. 352

Today morning at 9:45 AM, I was travelling by the bus No. 352 having vehicle No. DL1PD6143. When the bus reached to Laxmi nagar bus stop, there an old passenger board the bus by front door instead of back door because he was unable to walk.
