WANT MY MONEY REFUND, AND TAKE ACTION AGAINST THEM ACCORDINGLY.

It is with utter disappointment I wish to say that bus driver of blue bus no. DL - 1 PD 5779 misbehaves with passengers, talks rudely, smoke cigarette in bus and on asking him to not to smoke in bus, he asks passengers to deboard bus, dont stop bus or stops far away so that public don't board bus, especially at Nangloi stop at 1:15 pm.
I want you people to give him last warning as he is extremely rude with passengers, especially women...

In bus route no. 819 a checking squad came in checked my ticket which of rs.10 and I had to take the rs. 15 ticket which was my fault and I apologise for it but my main problem is with ticket checking squad they snatched 200rs. from my wallet without my permission. That kind of behaviour is not acceptable from anyone even I was ready to take another ticket.

On 07th August, I submitted my online application for e bus pass, I had paid the corresponding 2 month fees ( 200 rs). and payment was confirmed from my side, however after the payment. my screen was stuck in infinite loop, I also didn't got any notification from the website, that the transaction was success, although the URL of the stuck webpage shows success. However, I haven't received any sms or email from them regarding the successful...

A ticket checker charged me fine for because conductor done something wrong with my ticket .but it is the responsibility of the conductor to give me right ticket. They done it purposely to get fine.

My area is fully sorrounded by houses. Still there are some places where there are raw sand kept.in that patch of sand, there are more than 20 dogs and there numbers are growing rapidly. Recently, they have gave birth to seven baby dogs and this has made the situation worse. Previously, they used to just bark and sorround people but now they have started to bite people (Even a man).

I have applied for a bus pass on August 10, 2023. But my application has been rejected on August 11, 2023 stating Your Bus Pass Application Id[protected] has been rejected due to non-submission of Duly filled pass application form attested by authorised signature of the institute, Miscellaneous Administrative Reason.

I paid 500 rupees via Google Pay and after rejection i haven't got the refund for the same.

Bus number 923, services is vey slow and minimum bus available in this rout, please increased the bus services in Najafgarh to old Delhi (923).
We are facing lot's of problem in daily routine....

Today I was travelling in DTC bus route DL1PC9383 at 10:20, and I asked for ladies seat which was consumed by a young boy who started misbehaving when I asked for the seat . When I asked to the bus conductor and Marshall to help me in getting the seat then they said that ladies reserved seat is valid only till 3 stops from the source .
