Dear KDMC,

Couple of times I have complaint through call that kala TALAV road, rambaugh lane 4 and nearby Rambaugh Gurudwara road and way Kalyan station road...all this way we're have too many street dogs now...they are really very dangerous, even though in day too they start biting, barking and following in a gang. it's look like now we cannot go outside without car...if go through bike then they jump or try to follow us in a gang...in all the spots which I have mentioned...all that spots have 10 to 15 dogs healthy dogs readdy to bite or kill you, really very scary 😭 kindly do something please and take away this all Street dogs somewhere in jungle... otherwise they really kill us.

This month 😭 8 to 9 times I tried to save my self... In early morning I have to go office but I feel like I am crossing the border whenever I pass there bay's...it's not there bay, that is a Gov road where people should walk 😭

Also in night shift at around 10 pm when I have to go office, all dogs we're sitting in a group I have to pay 50rs to rikshaw vala so he can securely drop me Kalyan station.

If am warning you guys if I loos my temper and if I fill that now I will kill by that dog's then definitely I will hire human group and I will pay them to catch all dogs and drop near municipal corporation office... then you guys will understand the comman pain.

Request you guys to take action as soon as possible...this is really very very urgent.

Yesterday ( 12.07.2023) I was travelling in A.C. bus 539A, ( bus no. DL51GD-2979) and my Ticket no. is 14578/256 kh) from Mehrauli to Najafgarh, I ride from Kishangarh, Vasant Kunj, AT 5.00 PM, conductor was occupying 2 seats, I request him to give me one seat, as I am Senior Citizen, he refused very badly, and start abusing, like if you can not stand then why you travel, etc. I just want to confirm, that does he can occupy 2 seats.?
I will request you to please take the necessary action.

I am complaining about that there is no time set or we have less buses of 832 number. It also reached after 1 hour's.
Please provide more buses in sagarpur area there is no metro neither we get bus as well. I am standing on bus stand at 7:30 to now 8:20 still there is no bus for 832 number. Please take action. Lot's off people facing the same issues.

I would like to inform that me and many people including old ones daily get late for their work.due to wrong route taken by bus driver from mayur vihar phase one . We daily wait one hour for bus but driver go over the bridge because the route from mayur vihar phase 1 is blocked due to some reason. So kindly resolve this problem as soon as possible

I want to draw your kind attention towards bus route no. 974 which was very smooth in previous times as compared to the new bus structure. I am really facing a hard time at this time because there is no specific time of this bus route and very less service also.
please restore the previous regime of this route

There is very poor service of dtc buses 192 & 61 in sant nagar burari North delhi.
We have to wait for the buses at bus stands for too long and there are no buses there. I have complaint about this issue previously many many times but there is no support shown from any department. If this issue will not be resolved then next I will write to MLA of burari Sanjeev jha will write about the issue at his office.

I want to tell you that me or all people like me have to wait for the bus at the bus stop, the bus goes over the bridge because the bus has to turn on the phase 1 route, so the drivers take the bus from the bridge Which is the wrong route and all the people going to office get late everyday due to which there is a waste of time, please find a solution because I cannot go by metro everyday, it is a very expensive means for me. Please look into the matter and find any solution I'm request you.

I took bus route is 205 (Seemapuri Depot) from GPO to ISBT Nityanand Marg. Firstly, the conductor didn't tell me the bus will not go to ISBT Nityanand Marg and suddenly the driver changed the route in between. Upon Asking to stop the bus, so that I can leave the bus, they didn't stop the bus and both conductor and driver misbehaved with me.

The driver and conductor didn't share their names on asking. Please take strict action on them otherwise their intolerant behaviour will continue with every other passenger.

The bus number is DL-1PD 2435 and I took bus ride on 9 July 2023 at 4:45 PM (AT GPO).

Showing error at payment time.
Pay option is not working.

It is happening since one and half months. RL.77, 75 and 79 are running too much late resulting a long wating for the passengers going on duty. Waiting period is 45-50 minutes, which is unbelievable. Even more drivers put the route number suddenly and bus starts for its destination. There is no passenger except one or two. Could not understand what is going on. Kindly look into the matter and pass appropriate order to the concerned staff for regularisation of the buses on this route.

It's been over a week now since I applied for the pass, and your website still shows the same status (Application Is received and payment is under clearing), although my payment was successful and I check it on the bank's website. Bus number DL1PD5731 blue bus at 4:15 on 30 June. When I and my friend was coming to coaching we took this bus we told bus driver to stop many times but he didn't stop at station and stop at farthest station where I didn't even know the way .I complaint many times but they are just giving another number which are not available please take action .

this driver is not stoping the bus on bus stand my wife and other passengers is showing hand to stop the bus but he was ignoring all of them. i follow him and my caught him on another bus stand. he is not apologies his mistake even he is misbehaving with me also.

Metro Feeder bus rout no-137 (Ryan international school Mayur Vihar phase-III was not come at from 14:00 hrs to 15:00 hrs in last 3 days. My wards studying in Ryan international school, Mayur vihar phase-III .They are using metro feeder bus from shastri park metro station to Ryan international school Mayur Vihar phase-III to & fro in last two years. In morning time no issue buses are available every five minutes at Shastri park metro station but bus not available at CRPF bus stop in mayur vihar -III between 14:00 to 15:00 hours.
Hence kindly improve the headway bus at Mayur vihar phase-III in between 14:00 to 15:00 hours. Lot of students are facing problem for above issue .

I am writing to lodge a formal complaint against Ticket Checker Abhishek regarding an incident that occurred yesterday, June 27, 2023. I was traveling on bus number DL 1PC-6892 from Baroda House to the MCD office in the evening, using the 410 routes.
Upon boarding the bus, the conductor issued me a ticket for Rs. 10, indicating the journey from Krishi Bhavan to Lajpat Nagar, instead of the correct starting point at Baroda House. I brought this discrepancy to the attention of the ticket checker and his team present at the MCD office stop. I explained that I work at Baroda House and am a regular commuter, and that the conductor had issued me an incorrect ticket. I even suggested reviewing the CCTV footage to verify my claim, but my request was disregarded.
To my dismay, the ticket checker, Abhishek, responded to my concerns in an abusive manner. Furthermore, he insisted on levying a fine of Rs. 100 without providing me with a challan slip, which I refused to pay. He then informed me that if I insisted on receiving a slip, the fine would increase to Rs. 200. Given the situation, I agreed to pay the higher amount, and I have attached the ticket and challan slip for your reference.
However, it has come to my attention that according to the official Office order of DTC, a fine of Rs. 75 should be imposed on passengers traveling beyond the scheduled fare. Therefore, Abhishek's decision to charge me a fine of Rs. 200 is in direct violation of the established regulations. Additionally, his disrespectful behaviour is entirely unacceptable and should not be tolerated.
I kindly request that you take immediate action to address this matter. I would appreciate a thorough investigation into Abhishek's conduct, along with appropriate disciplinary measures. It is crucial to ensure that all ticket checkers adhere to the rules and treat passengers with respect.
Thank you for your attention to this complaint. I trust that you will take the necessary steps to rectify the situation and prevent such incidents from occurring in the future.

The Conductor of the bus no( DL 1PC 6722) Does not give my balance money back and saying i don't have change . He was saying the same thing to more peoples traveling in the bus . And he was replying very rudely. please take action against conductor so he don't do the same thing again . and give me my balance money back Rs 5. And one more thing driver doesn't stop bus at my bus stop . The bus is started from raj ghat and bus route no is 39 DUTY/SEQ39/30 Timing when i enter in bus is 16:53 and i take bus from Delhi gate to paharganj. please take required action against both driver and conductor . I am 13 year old boy .
