I applied for an e-bus pass on October 23, 2023. I only have a reference number. I called customer care and they said that I had only visited Sindhi House. Why does DTC offer online service if payment cannot be made online? I already emailed DTC but they have not replied. Customer satisfaction is zero. Please support me here....

Dear sir
The day before yesterday I was traveling with 971 bus number. I took ticket of rs. 15 from khajuri to model town 3. The ticket checker issued a rs. 200 fine at me at the model town 3.
Pls look into the matter and reply as soon as possible or I have to go to higher authorities....

I have applied for the "Student All Route AC/Non-AC" bus pass on 14th oct 2023, paying Rs. 400 via Google pay. Unfortunately I neither get epass nor the any message from dtc, and money deducted from my account.
Epass status show" your application is received payment is under clearing."

First of all very few buses are available numbered 347 kashmere gate - Noida sec 34 and yet drivers don't stop buses from where we have to pick bus. Bus no. DL1PC7991 driver acted very dude and ignored the people on the stop to take up the bus in morning...

I was waiting for the bus OMS(-) at the bus stand of R K Puram sector 8 New Delhi. While I was there a bus with bus number plate DL-1PD-5924, I waved at the driver and gave him a clear signal to stop the bus, but he judiciously ignored me standing and went away, luckily there was a red light ahead and he had to stop the bus, I ran near the bus and asked him to open the door, to which when I persisted he opened and stared abusing me. Dtc buses are free for women despite this i was charged rs 200 fine today on 2nd Oct 2023. How can the ticket checker charge fine when buses are free for women. Ticket no is 29779. Slip no is 970161.bus no is 9686. Route no is 199. I hope to get a refund soon....

This email is to inform you about the DTC BUS DRIVER who hit my car today by changing lane without any indication and then when i confronted him and asked him to show me his license and ID he started abusing and gathered 4-5 people from the bus including the CONDUCTOR AND A MARSHALL and threatening me that JO KARNA HAI KRLE, TERE MEI DUM HAI TO
None of the people in the picture below showed me their ID and made a show on the road...

My application towards ebus pass get rejected even uploaded all the documents properly. That's not the problem I want to refund my amount whose application number is[protected]. I want to apply this again so pls refund my amount as soon as possible.
