Lost Package

Package with AWB[protected] had two luggages and only one was delivered. Its been a month since delivery, multiple attempts at contacting Delhivery but to no avail. Please look into the matter and resolve it as soon as possible....

Payment made but not received by delhivery

I made to a payment to delhivery through an online payment link via Phone pay but the delivery boy refuses to have my payment received and so i made the payment through cash of 2097 inr and assured me that the money would be refunded in a day or two but i havent received my money. kindly refund my money ie 2097 Inr.

My Package is in transit status and not delivered on estimated date

My office desktop is in Delhivery facility Noida from yesterday.It should deliver today by evening as showing in tracker but it is still in Delhivery facility Noida and showing estimated delivery is on 25 August 2021 by evening.

But status is still in transit. This is urgent package to be delivered in TCS, Noida.

Non delivery of my item

Even though the item reached Dibrugarh, Assam on 22nd August, 2021 itself but the courier service Delhivery dint deliver my product. They just kept saying delivery attempted but failed. Goods are return from the delhivery hub without information/ call from dharmanagar

I am from dharmanagar, and i booked a goods from kolkata to dharmanagar . order no[protected].. tracking id no[protected].
sir today i track the goods location i saw that it was in transit return. i asked your manager that why he return the goods without inform me, manager reply he is not bound to call for every parcel.
so i think this is not the right way to deal with your customer ...

I have ordered pair of flates from free up official application and it was showing last update of dispatching my parcel from Mayapuri phase 2 Delhivery delivery services. Package delayed in deliver

Hi

One of my package [protected] sent from Delhi to nizamabad on 15th aug
Since week package it is moving from Hyderabad to nizamabad, nizamabad to Hyderabad and it’s been processing same daily
Delhivery really worried about customers package ? Why it’s been that neglected
How can a package move up and down in routine manner
I am not sure why it not been delivered or taken card once received...

Delay in delivery of shipment and no response at all

My shipment with AWB[protected] is delayed.
It left Vijaywada on 11.8.2021 and today is 24.8.2021..i have still not received the package.

Product missing and interchanged in logistics

Dear team,
I have ordered a product on shopclues. They send the product through delhivery courier service. On opening the parcel i was surprised to see that mobile phone is replaced with bathing soap. The charger, cover and bill was still available in the box but the phone is replaced with soap.
