Product delivery has been delayed over three days

My Boat headphone got unusuable within the warranty period so i claimed warranty.And Boat shipped the replaced unit via Delhivery.com and initially the Delhivery live tracking feature on their website gave the 11th June 2022 as the time by which the product will be delivered but they didn't deliver. actual delivery date of my order is june11th . You said that there is a delay caused due to some airline capacity constraints and it will be delivered by june 13th by 7pm and now the time is 10 30pm and I have no idea whether You are going to deliver the order or not .

Very long delay in delivery

I have ordered a mobile phone . Delhivery was delivering the order but they delayed the order by 4 days. They keep rescheduling the order each passing day.There is no contact number or mail of this company. Please block this courier company ASAP....

Missing item in parcel received

I used DelhiVERY SERVICE (tracking id: [protected]) to move few electronics item from my Delhi to Bangalore.

Parcel received didn't had my laptop (Macbook pro - 16 inch)
rest items were there.
The weight of the shipment sent as per the written documents are 5 Kg and the parcel received is below that.

I tried CONTACTing the company itself but the CUSTOMER care is super unresponsive, seems like...

Package lost by company and not replying to queries

Package with AWB[protected] was delivered a week late after multiple follow ups. I think it was not delivered at all, as receiver said that he didn't receive it. I asked for proof for delivery a week ago, which has not been provided even after multiple follow ups. This package was insured. If you have lost it, please refund my money...

15 days delay and no updates,package lost

I ordered on amazon and they shipped through delhivery.It's been 15 days since it shipped and there are no updates of it's tracking.I viewed on amazon and then on delhivery's main site.And the last shown update is of 1 june.Today its 11 th jun and I was supposed to receive my order by 10th.I cannot even contact them via call or email.They don't seem to care.I am very dissappointed.If my package gets lost I demand compensation....

Box found torn

Delivery rescheduled

Deliberate delay in delivery

My product is at nearest centre, then also the agent is deliberately delaying delivery since 5 days. He called me once on 5th June and cut the call in a second, when I called him back he said that it is wrong number. He is asking me to come to his centre to pick up the order despite being home delivery. And today he cancelled the order, and I know that he must have stated some false reason for the same....

My Product reached nearest delivery hub on Jun2nd 2022 but the estimated delivery is being postponed every day.

Box Changed and item missing

I booked a large box for pick up and delivery services via delivery direct. but when I received the box, they changed it, they delivered a small box with all the items which were inside the large box is missing.

Not received my order since 15 days and it still has delayed for two more days

The product I ordered hasn't been received for 15 days not it still has delayed for two days more. Now the delhivery site says

Tracking not updating and possible delay

I had an order on amazon.They shipped through delhivery.So i tracked my order on delhivery site an it is still showing last update information which was 8 days ago.Since then they have not updated where my order is.I am very disappointed because tomorrow is the last delivery date and i am assuming tomorrow it will not come and it will be delayed.Its already been 13 days....

Hello,

I am being defrauded by one of the Delhivery agents (Kumar Enterprises) and the delivery team. I had booked my house hold items to be delivered from Mumbai to Kanpur, 61 packages in total. I have received only 54 packages and the 7 missing ones have not been delivered to me yet.

Delivery status updated as delivered and my signature was forged along with my details, I approached the agent and he is demanding...

Broken bike parts during courier

I have sent my bike Calicut to Shillong through Delhivery on 19 May 22. The booking made through Officium Group, Calicut.

My bike was received but so many parts bike was broken.

*Indicator broken, Break light broken, Central Stand broken & Crash guard broken*

I requested Officium Group for refund of the broken items, but they can't take any action positively....
