The product did not reach

The delivery agent says that the product was declined by the receiver whereas the product never reached my doorstep. I tracked the parcel and it is showing that it is in transit. I tried contacting the retailor as well and i am not getting the response from their side as well.(the souled store)...

I had a very bad experience with Delhivery service, I've Sended a package to Surat Gujarat on 5
5th may 2022 and the estimated delivery was 11th may. Refused to deliver refrigerator

Delhivery refused to deliver refrigerator to my home. I ordered refrigerator from Amazon for rupees 19290. Refrigerator reached city bageshwar on 17/05/2022 but they are not delivering it to my home only 8 km away from city. My address is village Bijorijhal PO Rawaikhal District Bageshwar. Uttarakhand. I contacted the delhivery agent he said that they have no vehicle to deliver refrigerator. Today is 21/05/2022 still my refrigerator is undelivered....

Repeated issues - Delay in delivery and after long wait they returned back the Delivery

Two times amount debited for a single product

Bad delivery agent

I ordered prepladder notes which comes through delhivery and the delhivery boy handed me the parcel on road which was about 1 minute distance from my hostel..I asked him to drop it by my gate because it was heavy for me .but he denied and says me bad words and went away...

Package delivered to wrong person

I had placed an order - Order ID : #ordder956, AWB No. :[protected], to be delivered to a friend in Delhi.

I checked with my friend after recieving the email stating that the package had been delivered. She confirmed in a few days that no such courier had been delivered to her or signed for by anyone at her house.

The signature showing delivery is merely a scribble with no name or phone number or identification....

Delhivery - half the items were missing from package

I sent consumables to my brother to his college. I sent items worth 800 on 14th may 2022 from Noida, Uttar Pradesh to Mandi, Himachal Pradesh he received the package on 18th may 2022 but items inside it worth 400 were missing. It's horrible service not expected from a so called 'reliable courier service" at all. There is no customer care number on which I can call to raise this issue. Parcel not delivering in proper time

AWB number[protected] booked on delhivery courier service on 12.05.2022 and picked up on 13.05.2022, from that day they were showing esteemated delivery time 18.05.2022 but on 18.05.2022 they showing delivery date 23.05.2022. The parcel was booked in Gangtok for Kolkata. from siliguri directly they can connect Kolkata but they connect Greater Thane from Siliguri which is far far away from Kolkata and Siliguri whereas Kolkata is nearest...

Delivery fraudulent

I had a h&m prepaid order Order number
2‌205‌366‌748‌2 and with package number
[protected]. They have not delivered the order to me who actually paid for the order and made the status delivered. This seems to be a scam from this delivery partner as I have never faced this issue from othe partner.Please help me out to get my refund or the order....
