We logged a service request on 1st oct for battery problem of my maruti suzuki - vdi.
There was no response / call back from exide technical team on attaining the service request after repeated follow up with call center though commitment was response within 48 hours.
On 4th evening, i was surprised to receive an sms that the service request has been resolved.
This is something which is not expected from a brand like...

I purchased exide battery for my bullet thunderbird-350 of battery serial no-m6a9u639029 from malik battery store, sukhpura chowk, rohtak, haryana on[protected] but since i purchased this battery i never able to use it because it got drain within 2 days and bullet is not able to start. I already checked my bullet its ok there is no problem in bike as i never faced any problem earlier and when i used other battery of maaron in bullet service...

I have given my exide battery (Battery sr no. 029183, mfg code a3f8a, d. O. S. 30.01.2019, battery type cabby din 65lh) for replacement on 05.07.2019.. But unfortunately till now i have not received my replaced battery... Almost 3 months passed away...

I have communicate to exide customer care people several times regarding replacement of my battery, but they are least bother.

There was some issue with my battery so i took it to the dealer with the warranty card on checking the battery he denied any problem with the battery i left my warranty card there. I took my battery the next day to him as the fault was with battery only he denied replacing it without the warranty card saying it was not with him. The dealer agrees on having seeing the warranty card the day before but still won't replace the battery....

With humble request my battery does not charged after a long time of electric supply and does not able to give a power back up... For an hour. I have repair it through company but problem yer again started after two days. I am charging it by eight to nine hours but it gives a ten minutes backup.

I had launched acomplaint a week before for my car batery and the complaint no is nup0516693 and i regullary following it up the customercare but nothing happening may i request to senior managment for there intervention please exide is a branded company and the consumer are not expecting this type of service from them i am requesting again to look to this issue and get it resolved as soon as possible...

I bought a battery for my car on[protected] from krishna motors and electronics, mukerian, dist hoshiarpur, punjab. The battery was registered for paperless warranty, which i forgot during the course of time. I also lost the paper warranty card.
On[protected], i visited the dealer for warranty claim as battery was not working. Dealer told me that warranty claim can't be honored as the battery was not registered for paperless warranty...

Replace my battery which your technicians have taken away... There is no intimation from your side regarding the reason for delay. It is more than a month now.
It was in warranty period and i was supposed to get a new battery.

I have followed up with three phone complaints at your helpline number, with no result.

Sir, My complaint no. Is NPB0455884 DATED 20/8/19. TILL 26 AUGUST I COULDN'T GET NEW BATTERY ALTHOUGH OLD IS TECHNICALLY DEFECTED. THEY DON'T LISTEN TO CUSTOMER COMPLAINT IN TIME.THEY HAVE WASTED MY SO MUCH TIME, ENERGY.[protected]. NOT A GOOD COMPANY IN RESPECT OF CHANGING THE PRODUCT WITHIN WARRANTY PERIOD. Company should think about customer time also...

I have visited your so called very prestigious and esteemed service centre located at 165 ispat nagar, panki kanpur 208022 regarding battery issue on 22.6.2019 and they have issues a certificate that battery is okay but the issue persists and i was really fed up that every time when i have to start the car i have to push the car so i have again visited the service centre on 23.08.2019 and asked them to check the battery again...

I purchased a car battery no. Mred-35 r a 4 f 7 e[protected]f31 on dated[protected] from your dealer maa gayatri battery service, aliganj, lucknow through my mechanic mustkeem service centre. It was not working properly, so i submitted to this very dealer on 18-6-18 and got it back after few days with assurance that now it will work properly.
