Food Panda — undelivered food after payment have been issued

On 24 november 2018, i use foodpanda to order food feom sushi king from aeon shah alam to avenue crest. However i receive a message that they could not deliver the food to my place after payment have been issued. I still havent receive my refund yet. This is one the worst apps and food service ever. You only approve the location after payment have been issued? Is that how you do a business??

After acceptance of my order and payment, they cancelled my order due to long distance from restaurant to my home. and amount not refunded yet and no track with respect to my payment

This foodfanda two times biriyani booking order is canclled not credit my money in my account is 15 days complecte my order id jrdo-dx2x. Is on order this month 6th and 2nd order id e4ns-svea this order 11th this month my mobile number 8309476631
