collection manager misbehaved with my family member.

Today on 30th jan-18-3 persons from hdfc bank visited my permises namely vijay, aman and manjeet singh collection manager as i was in contact with mr. Vijay and i have already conveyed him that i will met him tomorrow on 31st jan for clearing my credit card dues as it is pending from 2 months.

faulty mixie received after reeding hdfc credit card points

In nov^17 redeemed my credit card points and purchased a philips mixer. The mixer what i received is of 2014 model with scratches on it. Even after repeated follow the issue was not resolved. As insisted started using the mixie on 28-jan and found to be not working satisfactorily. The philips technician on visit found the blades faulty. fraud call about credit card points redeem

I have received a call just now (30 jan 2018) saying redeem of credit card points... And the amount will be transferred to account. And asked to hold the credit card handy to share details. When i said i will get the same done by going to bank, caller was very rude saying what bank will do, who issued the card to you it's bank or us, bank people will not do anything. loan settlement

One loan was in my father's name Bimal Chutia . We got sattlement for this loan is Rs 120000/ in two installments and 1st is to give 70000/ and second is to give Rs 50000/ in next month .

At the time of taking loan, there is no mention of any pre closure charges but after disbursement of loan when we receive agreement copy, there it is mentioned that 6% on outstanding amount if closed within 1 year, 5% on outstanding amount if closed within 13 to 24 months, 3% on outstanding amount if closed post 24 months. hdfc bank credit card membership fee

Recently the people form hdfc bank called me and offered me a free credit card without any charges and paperwork. And after 6 months i received a statement. The statement contained membership charges for credit card of 600rs. They have charged me the fees even though the card was not used even once.

The people in hdfc are completely unknown of facts and figures. If representative says that loan of certain amount will be approved, on the other end another representative refuses for the same. Even the customers care executives are not focused in talking to the customer instead they are more focused on dealing with their colleagues with the customer on hold.
