Regarding charges deduction from savings a/c

I have an account in hdfc bank yamunanagar branch wide account no. [protected]. It was a preferred account. I was using this account from last 5 years. On 26 feb 2016 bank deducted 572 rs amc deposetory charges from my account now their customer care executive told my the amount has been deducted because of minimum account balance was not maintained.I have not received any intimation regarding change of bank rules fro my account

Policy not received since 6 months

I Nirav Gokani take policy of HDFC LIFE INSURANCE Rs. 50000/- from Khambhalia Branch Hdfc Bank Ltd.
But till I didn't get any documents related to this. I many time approach bank for the same also but they are not reply me properly. And they are ask me to go to Courier Agency for the same. They call me that you policy has been delivered to you on 19/10/2015 but i got msg from courier on 27/10/2015 that WE ARE UNABLE TO REACH YOU FOR...

Salaried account : why there is amb charges

I have provided my wife's HDFC(CRN : xxxx9788 & Acc no :xx30185 ) savings account to Capgemini to receive salaries. On date of joining Representatives from HDFC informed me that account will be life time salaried account.

Now something goes wrong, Capgemini hr said bank is not accepting the payment and Bank says we never stopped accepting payments. I was confused.

Very bad experience with HDFCLife . First of all you folks don't verify submitted documents at all. Through verification call, I came to know that my middle name is missing in your database. I was asked to send a mail to correct the same. I did the same but no one responded. After one week, I got hard copy of policy with my incorrect name on it. How you can be so careless? Recharge not done

Hi, i had recharged my idea mobile number with amount 210 via hdfc payzapp application. Transacation was successful and the same amount was deducted from my account but recharge was not done. I send a mail regarding this but no one is responding to mail or calls. Even on their number no one responds. Please help....

Amount 28.51 is getting deducted with the description NWD DEC CHG (ATM Withdrawal charges) eventhough my account was opened as salary account and was said there will be no sur charges for any no of withdrawals from ATM other than HDFC. There were no intimation regarding the policy change if any also. This is very bad and unprofessionalism as a reputed worldwide bank shouldn't be doing this.
Should I get my money Back?...

No customer support for edc machine

I wanted to have my EDC machine replaced. I called the HDFC customer care number who gave me another contact number. I called the given contact and I was told that they did not deal in the EDC Machines. After going through the process for 10-15 calls, I finally got connected to the merchant services. The merchant services officials informed me that they wanted TID no. which was not given to me. So they gave me a bogus email id: [protected]@hdfcbank.com....
