Hello, I am jitin Sharma and my fast tag customer id is 20291086. Whenever I crossed the pilkhuwa toll gate, my fast tag sometimes work or sometime not work then I paid double charged on however I have enough balance in my account and shows active.
There are display shows Blacklist id.
Please look into this matter and resolve it....

Hi, I HAVE NRE ACCOUNT I don't know why the hdfc bank is doing with my account he every time when bank deducted money like(POS MYPROTEIN.AE[protected] INR, POS DECCHG-29X33=957 INR, "amb chrg incl gst for SEP2020-354 +177 INR, amb chrg incl gst for OCT2020- 354 INR mir[protected]"rupees times (Total=4555) i dont know why they are having problem with my account. I am totally fed up with this.
I want my money back. This is NOT FIRST...

Hey, I, Jaswinder Singh am a customer of HDFC Bank. I have taken a credit card of the bank ending 8**1. In the previous month, an unauthorized transaction named one assist mpfe of Rs. 1, 399 has been debited without any permission. I request you to cancel the subscription which is not even subscribed by us and revert back the debited amount of Rs. 1, 399 as soon as possible.

The HDFC bank as gives to good service for customers.but bank employee and call center employees spoil to hdfc bank name on giving to worst service to customers.only take a incentive for the employee playing with customers cibil score on credit card application.

i have current account on hdfc bank.branch employee says you have pre approved credit card so i will apply last 2 months before card was declined and i will contact...

Hello, i have settled the account and paid the EMI's on time in COVID time also ..after completing the EMIS's, HDFC person not answering the phone calls...and not responding -- (HDFC Bank person Number [protected])

I have done a transaction at petrol pump moda, nagpur on date[protected], around 01:00AM of amount 18605 using debut card, transaction got failed and money got deducted from the account but receiver didn't received the amount also money didn't got refunded....

I tried to contact HDFC Bank customer care many times, for got to know about the reason for holding the amount, but irrespective of the calling time bank IVR played one single line in the loop - "your call is important to us & our all customer care executives are busy, kindly hold the line".

Even after listening to the same message in the loop for hours, no one executives got free to response the call.

I have bought iphone11 with hdfc bank in the month of December. As mentioned by hdfc bank (To receive cashback of 6000 within 120 days from the transactional month end ie. June 2020) i haven’t received my cashback till now, . I have asked in shop where i brought, they said to check with bank. Hope this issue gets resolved and cashback will be credited as soon as possible....

Dear Team,

This is shankarachary R. My account No: [protected]. for one Account Bajaj Finserv(4000CDGE554157), EMI amount which should debit from hdfc bank on 2nd November 2020. I delayed for one day and maintained sufficient balance on 3rd November 2020. But due to insufficient balance for 3892 rupees which should deduct from HDFC bank. They charged ACH Debit return charges multiple times for one account(590, 590) total...
