Credit Card

HDFC Bank is operating in a very unprofessional and unethical manner.
My Sister was given a Credit Card 3 years back and after so many months, Bank has sent a bill of 5500 rs as part of the activation & annual fee. Whereas, Credit Card is never used or activated by the customer yet.

Since one week, we are trying to reach out to the right department in HDFC with no help. We are being pushed from Branch to collection office...

HDFC OTP email are not received on registered email id

Hi,

There are two option to reset the forgot password of net banking.
1. To get the otp one on register mobile no and registered email id and working
2. To enter the debit card details. (eventhough I have forgot the pin)

I can receive the otp on mobile but not receiving on registered email id.
Without that i am not able to change the net banking password.

I cannot able to...

Tv/consumer durable loan cashback complaint

I had purchased a sony tv using hdfc cashback offer on 29/10/2019
The offer stated that within 90 days (3 months) the cashback will be credited in the bank account but yet i have not received the cashback and hdfc helpline are not working and is of no use at all.
This was purchased from Croma Koramangala, we were in a follow up with hdfc sales executive in 3rd month, he said that it will be coming in 5th month loan completed...

I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs 1899/- from my credit card number ending with 5085 without my concern on date 27/09/20. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund the debuted amount of rs 1899/-....

Stop SmartPay for Credit Card

Please stop and deactivate SmartPay for my credit card- ############ 6872

I have never requested for Smart Pay activation. I'm not sure why this is activated for my credit card

Please Stop processing the below transaction.

Chargeback issue

Amount has been deducted due to some technical error, need to raise a chargeback case as merchant is non-responsive.

Refund not received

We availed housing loan from hdfc bank 3 years ago. In January 2020, they debited emi twice ( regular emi, after applying for automatic debit option). We did prepayment on June 2020. But they debited emi for June month .when closing the loan account, their website showed us that rs. 48000 /- has to be refunded to us.(1. June month debited emi., 2. January month twice debited emi). Even their staff confirmed us the same. They refunded 21000/-...

IMPS transaction failed. Money deducted

I did a transaction and money got deducted from my account. Receiver hasn't got the money yet. After transaction I got SMS that "Your money transfer of INR 7500 timed out due to technical reason. IMPS Ref no - {}.

Please refund my money immediately....

Frequency ADHO was rejected

I have taken loan in YesBank. For that I did signature on the form for enabling the auto debut on every month. But I got the below message.
"Dear Customer Mandate reference no: HDFC[protected] issued to YES BANK RETAIL ASSET with value Rs.26239 and frequency ADHO was rejected due to the reason 'Drawers Signature Differs' received today for processing."
I dont why it is getting rejected. I have applied for twice. Twice it...

Issue of NOC

Sir,
The loan for my vehicle is cleared long back. But the bank didn't issue us the NOC stating that they have blocked the NOC because a card is registered in my mother's name. Is it possible to block the car's NOC. What link does it have with the card. The loan is cleared can they blick the NOC. The loan was cleared back in 2009...

Refund of Processing fee for unprocessed /cancelled loan application (File no: 650641276) is being delayed since 4 months

We were in discussion with HDFC bank for commercial property loan in Mar 2020. But due to covid situation we cancelled the plan for purchasing the property and in consequence the loan application as well. The loan application was partially filled and not submitted when we cancelled it.
