bank employee

How dare employee can call to my whatsapp no and mess me as need to pay by today else will come to ur address and amount will be deducted automatically from my account...
Is this the way u people train the employee.. Very bad process thought from hdfc credit card section.. Employee mob no is +[protected]...
I need a sorry from her else this will be an another issur...

I applied for a credit card through branch and as per eligibility criteria, everything is matched like cibil score, itr (5 lac), etc. I submitted all concern documents like itr, itr computation, pan, residence proof, etc. Then later after 7 days executive called me and asked for profit & loss sheet and balance sheet for proceeding your application i said ok tomorrow i'll submit then executive said: "ok no issue". Charges on credit card which i was paying from more than 15months but now they have started calling me
Aggressively and abusing me also they visited...

My debit card no [protected] of bank of india rupay. I have used my debit card of bank of india at your wadala west atm center opp to wadala railway station on 18/9/19. I have tried to take out cash for rs 5000.00 at 11.16 am to my surprise amount debited by bank of india but cash not received from your atm. Then i have tried for rs500.00 and i have received cash amount from atm. Then 3 rd time i have tried for rs4500.00 again amount...

The customer service is not able to give any info on this.
First of all it's hard to reach customer service because it takes a alot of time and the ivr options are very difficult and tricky to navigate, after all the effort the customer service is not helpful....

motor insurance details not visible in website

I have purchased a two wheeler liability only motor insurance by hdfc ergo general insurance on 16 september 2019 with policy number "[protected] 000" which starts from 17 september 2019 to 16 september 2020. The details are visible on hfdc ergo website but not visible on parivahan.gov.in about the insurance. Parivahan.gov.in is showing my previous insurance. Please go through this....

unable to login to my fastag app

I purchased the fastag via hdfc bank website and i didn't receive any kind of reference number as mentioned in the app and i could not login to app now. I transferred my fastag account from paytm to hdfc hoping that it would be better but it becoming difficult to recharge and manage the transactions. Even the customer care couldn't give any positive results regarding this matter....

welcome not received for 2 months

We haven't received welcome kit of our company current account for 2 months, our csr representatives are not even aware of the whereabouts of the same. Hdfc bank is so careless that they don't even care that our business is getting affected.

Hdfc bank should take a note of this complaint and should try to locate our kit and deliver it to our address at the earliest....

I have received a message from hdfc bank "alert:rs.199.00 spent via credit card xx9505 at amazon1258399 on[protected]:00:31:03 without pin/otp. Not you? Call [protected]."

I also checked my account and its showing me outstanding payment of rs.199.

First i am not sure how the transaction happened without pin/otp.
Secondly it can happen again if it has happened once.
It's clearly a fraud transaction.br...

The issue that I have experienced was: My Credit card was struck at HDFC Atm machine on 14.09.2019 evening and next day i called customer care executive and told about this. They told thay it will be delivered nearest bank with in 3 days. So i was continuously visiting HDFC Vishrantwadi branch but no proper response i got from them. They told to call customer care and even mail. But today it is 19.09.2019 and no call i got from any customer...

non receipt of fastag or the refund of cancelled fastag

I had applied online for HDFC Fastag via Appln# HFR175275 dtd 5th July 2019. Payment of Rs. 500 made through Standard Chartered Bank. I have neither received the Fastag nor have I received the refund (As instructed by Customer Care, I cancelled the Fastag). I have sent 4 to 5 emails to fastag.[protected]@insolutionsglobal.com, but no response and no proper response from the Customer Care as well....

From bank : i (Mr. Jitendra dudhediya, pba, nashik road branch) personally spoke with you and informed that your account loan ecs has been transferred to pnb account and dlink your loan instalment flag from the account hence you can close your account.

refund depository charges

This is in reference to the transaction made in my account under the header of depository charges; without any intimidation by the hdfc bank.

Kindly be informed that an amount of rs 807.33/- was deducted from my savings/salary account on 18 sept 2019 under the name of depository charges.

Initially when we did not have demat account they forced us to create one without intimating us...

payment charged twice

I have been charged twice for my online transaction of premium payment in july 2019, which was reversed by insurance company to my credit card on aug 21, 2019, same mail has been shared with credit card team as i had logged a complaint but till date no resolution recd.
Its been 2 months, amount is also not reflecting in my account and my been charged finance charges for the amount...

After a call from [protected] who is Narendra Singh employee of Bajaj Finance (ID:[protected], told me that i'm eligible for a loan of 150000 and i paid the processing fees of the same in two part 1st part-5550 and then 2nd part-11000 total 16550. after that he told me to pay the N.O.C charge 13635.
