On[protected] night 8.30 i purchased volley ball in victory shop in medavakkam. I first paid the amt of 600 via atm card, i got the message saying that i have spent 600 to victory but the seller didnt recieve the money. Then again i paid the money via google pay.. Cancellation of one assist membership
I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1899/- from my credit card number ending with 2580 without my concern on date:21/09/2019. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1899/-

Unfortunately i was not able to pay my installment for hdfc credit card for the month of september 2019 due to medical emergencies.

This was the only time when i was not able to pay the amount. Mrs snehal is calling me with threatening calls even after assuring her that i was applying for a loan to clear my debts

Dear friends

As per the scheme announced by hdfc cr card on it's regalia cards i received and e-gift card of flipkart from hdfc. (Issued by gyftr.com)

Unfortunately the e-gift card code is not acceptable on flipkart site.

I have tried contacting flipkart several time but they are unable to resolve the issue as the given e-gift card code is not registered in the system.

Cx service advisor are very rude and not helping. They hung up call on my face. They want extra money from cx by cheating. They dont deactive salary ac without request from cx, but they changes it to saving and started charging without cx request. Fraud....

On 21 sept, rs 177 had deducted from my hdfc account number. For no reason when i checked my account statement the deduction this detail is showing there — "hdfc bank — 3rd party cash txn inc gst 190919-. I don't know anything about this deduction? And i am not aware about that deduction why this deduction happen without my knowledge. And how can they do that?...

I am using hdfc bank regalia credit card since a long time. Previously i was using diners club rewards credit card and bank told me to upgrade for regalia. There were around 10000 reward points in my diners club which bank told me to transfer to regalia card but when they change all point lapsed.
Now when i start using this regalia then from march -2019 they have adjusted around more than 10000 reward point again...

I received sms from hdfc bank that rs-1399/- deducted from my credit card to one assist plan. Without my permission. I don't even know the company and this kind charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co.

Rupees 1399/ has been auto debited from my hdfc credit card without my consent on 7/9/2019. Kindly debit the amount of rupees 1399/ back and cancel the membership as i am not interested in this service any more so cancel the membership and debit the amount of rupees 1399/ repees one thousand three hundred and ninety nine immediately...

I have paid money more than used my credit card. I have written letter to the particular section. But till date i have not yet receive the excess money i have paid. Kindly take action against the particular bank. I have smashed my credit card as soon as i receieved a closing letter from the bank as they people said. I have not receieved the statement monthly as on 12th of every month...

Hi.. I am not happy with the service of relationship manager... Can you please let me know how to change relationship manager at hdfc bank?
My relationship manager is extremely slow. If i have asked any question she replies after 3-4 days post reminder. Post reminder she raises query with relavent team and that too she shares their response after 2-3 reminder and half the time she is on leave......

Hi, my nane is yash naik. I had opened an account with hdfc during my tenure at my previous firm in 2018. After i left the firm, hdfc allegedly converted my salary account to savings account without my consent and has been charging me for minimum balance ever since.
My current balance is -2097 and the amount keeps on increasing each month by rs.600.
