Air Bag not opening even by heavy impact

I have purchased I 20 Hundai delivered on 3/11/2013, from Hundai show room at Nasik.On 16/10/2014 a major Accident took place by hiting heavy loaded Truck on National Highway Nasik Agra.The vechile wad heavly damaged from Rigt side and front side, after that vechile was deposited at Authorised show room in Nasik..Even loaded Truck hits a car and Air Bag doesnot opens ?
