manhandling of the car during servicing

I gave my car hyundai i 10 for servicing at auto web hyundai on[protected] at 9:35 am and was informed that the car would be given back at 4 pm. after calling at 4 pm was told that it would be handed over at 5 pm after which it was delayed for another hour.
