gear problem and break problem in new car

There is gear problem in my car just after drive of 10000kms and front break shoe get destroyed just after drive of 10000kms which was not not informed to me during 2nd service of my car which was done at 11000kms due to which front router of car also get destroyed... After checking all the documents like insurance, driving license etc the incharge from Balaji Hyundai had told us that Rs 3000 to 4000 will be charged.
