steering rack and steering column

I have purchased hyundai i20 elite in january 2015. Within 25000km in rough roads sounds are comming. I told to service advisor they are saying your steering rack and column want to replace for that cost is too expensive. I can tell you onething hyundai service guys and the hyundai india official guys dont know to solve the problem which comes in hyundai i20. Very bad experience with hyundai.

regarding road side assistance services

i20 clutch replacement service

advised to ride vehicle in dangerous condition

My car hyundai elite i20 (2019 april model) was having an issue of clutch tightedness. Reported this issue to the service centre on 2nd december. They told, need to change the clutch cylinders and doesnt have stock.

Till 22nd they have delayed it and finally caused the car to break down in middle of the road.
If the car is not fit to drive, they should have advised not to drive and should have definitely repaired it...
