On October 25th i tried of booking a bus ticket from BANGALORE-VISAKHAPATNAM, Travelling date was on[protected] i paid money by my debit card and through PayU payment gateway the amount was 1170 and after discount it was 1117.after paying it shown me that the seat i have chosen was already booked my some one else and they said we will refund your money within 7 working days.Today is December 1 till today i haven't received any refund.i tried calling them and they said we are processing it and sometimes after waiting for 10 min call getting disconnected.THIS IS MY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH GOIBIBO .PLEASE RESOLVE MY ISSUE. booking ID GOBUS[protected] Email Given- ravi.[protected]@yahoo.co.in Mobile - [protected]

      The MOST DISGUSTING SITE FOR TICKETS, NO after sale service, wanted to change my destination when the prices of both the destinations was the same BUT NOBODY reverted back to me even after continuously following with them for 15 days.After 15 days They ask me to pay the difference of 1LAC as the prices had risen.They admitted that it was not MY FAULT as I was after them to change the destination since 15 days when the price of the fare for both the destinations was same but NOW I WILL HAVE TO PAY...SO IRRESPONSIBLE.ONCE THEY GOT THEIR MONEY NOTHING ELSE MATTERED TO THEM, REALLY DISGUSTING...!!! 0 STARS FOR THEM, INFACT SHOULD BE GIVING NEGATIVE POINTS

        Refund issue: Goibibo booking id : GOBUSd1f[protected] Operator PNR : BHXZJ2 Travels Name: Neelu Travels 1.Bus has been cancelled by the operator. I called him for the confirmation, he said that he is arranging for an alternative bus and I was informed to have a fresh booking against the alternative bus.I said, I am not going for a booking again and asked for refund. He said your refund would be processed by Goibibo.com 2.I have called goibibo n number of times for the refund. They are giving me all colourful replies and testing my patiance.Below are their answers. i.We did not get a confirmation from operator once we get we will process your refund ii.Operator says he arranged for an alternative bus, I again explained them that needs a fresh booking and I don't do that iii.We are trying to the operator through phone and he is not picking the call. Immediately I called the operator and he says, he will approve Goibibo to process your refund.We will try to connect to the operator and get back to after 20/30 mins, But they never turn up. iv. Server is down, we are unable to retrieve your details, we will get back to you in 30mins or by EOD when the system is up. They never turn up. v.Finally, I lost my patience and shouted called more than 4 times in a day and they confirmed me that operator is ready for the refund and it would be processed in 5-6 business days. vii. After a hopeful wait for 10days I contacted them again. They again said alternative bus was arranged.I was shocked, irritated and frustrated.I shouted at them and told to connect to their senior manager.She said Operator not picking call and will get back to you in 30mins.I don't believe their words and in the same way they don't turn up. viii.Losing all my hope on Goibibo, Contacted the operator asking whether you will process my refund through Goibibo or can you transfer to my account or should I come and collect the refund. He clearly said that, he is not supposed to do that and Redbus is his direct partner and he has sent a mail to them, and Redbus should process you refund through Goibibo. It is very clear that Goibibo/Redbus is not processing the refund and providing all irresponsible answers. Poor customer response: 1. Their toll free Customer care never works. 2.1 representative will say one-thing and the other will say one-thing 3.No continuity at all.The representative we spoke first will not update the things in their system and we should start from a, b, c, d, till z. 4. They will say we will get back to you in 20, 30mins or by EOD, but they will never turn up. 5.If we are asking them to drop an email regarding what we spoke they will say they is no such option. 6.No ticket number or complaint number for the complaint we are raising.Worst customer care ever experienced Someone please help me to get back the refund.

          I ordered a birthday cake for midnight delevery on 26th nov'14 (Product id - 131028) of Rs. 1389 on 26TH Nov'14 through STATE BANK OF INDIA net banking in favor of "ibibo Web Pvt. Ltd.". The transaction id for the same is IGOOGCYEH2 The same amount was debited from my account on State Bank A/c on 26th Nov'14. But I didnot get any reply from them.One message received in our phone that this above mention amount deducted from my account which transaction id IGOOGCYEH2.. But till now, I haven't received any response from them regarding the delivery of my product. Money has been deducted from my account but no product was provided by them.               I made a booking for flight on goibibo which i cancelled. They have not refunded the partial refund of 12379 even after 45 days. I have called them not less than 20 times. I contacted the bank, they said that goibibo has still to do the traction for this partial refund. My booking Id is AMD2Z2GZS. This is fraud. Please resolve it or else i will have to file an FIR for fraud and cheating.

                GOIBIBO.COM, The well known website cheats.I was booking bus online and once i made payment through GOIBIBO website, the amount of 450Rs got deducted from my account, but the message shown in the website is TRANSACTION FAILURE.                   1.I have booked international flight from Bangalore to Kathmandu, PNR: GOFLIF82EE[protected], I have not received any confirmation via email yet. 2. I have requested for a password reset for the goibibo sign in, i have not received that as well. 3. Email confirmation on booking of flights were supposed to be received within 30 mins but there is no confirmation till now. I am currently onsite and can be contacted on +[protected].                           Have made payment on goibibo site with confirmed booking (ref booking id HTLV3UF83J and HTL3ZZMXP5 ) have already made payment but it seems they are still not sure about booking even after making full payment and getting confirmation.. in spite of multiple requests they have not yet reverted back on status ...they said they will give a better hotel...no reply since since last 2 months...after making payment

                            I was booked on an Airindia flight (AI 803) on 13 Sept, 2014, at 10:30 a.m from Bangalore to Delhi, through goibibo.com · At 4:30 a.m on 13th morning, I received a call from Airindia and was told that the flight was cancelled. · They offered to accommodate me on an earlier flight (around 6 a.m). As that was cutting it too close, I refused and they promised to give me a 100% refund. · I then contacted goibibo and they confirmed that the flight was indeed cancelled. They asked me to cancel her ticket on their website upon which she would be given 100% refund in 7 -10 working days. · It is close to 2 months now and I am yet to receive her refund. · After repeated attempts to get them to address this issue, they respond saying they would give my refund after levying cancellation charges!!! First the airlines inconveniences me by canceling the flight; then they delay repayment; then they want to charge me for it! This is downright cheating!

                                Dear Sir, This complaint is with regards to cancellation fee charged by Goibibo. First point is Goibibo website has wrong information, whether that is intentional or by mistake is unknown. In the cancellation policy section notes on GOibibo website, it is mentioned "Note :Cancellation policy mentioned on website OR on ticket is of bus operator and is not decided by Goibibo. Goibibo does not levy any cancellation charges. Service charge will be refunded, if collected." So from above note it is clear that Goibibo doesn't collect any cancellation charges. I booked a ticket with PNR "TYR[protected]" on durgamba travels and their website clearly says "More than 24 Hrs before station departure time: 10 %" So actually Goibibo should have deducted 10% of 650(ticket price) .But they deducted 130 rs which is clearly a mistake from their side. Attached screenshot which has relevant information from Durgamba website and from Goibibo I had sent queries to Goibibo 2-3 times and they are not replying to me correctly .All they are saying is that 130 rs is deducted correctly. I request you to take action against Goibibo for cheating.

                                  I booked 3seats from chennai to bangalore. This is my booking number GOBUSbba[protected] for 29th september. Since there was unrest in hosur due to a politicians arrest there was a news that all the buses from chennai to bangalore were cancelled. I called up the operator who did not pick the call at all. I would have called like a 100times and nobody picked the call. Hence I cancelled the ticket by choosing operator cancelled. But they had resumed the buses. Hence I directly went to the K.P.N travels and enquired with them. They also said the tickets were cancelled and I had to book it again. The webpage also showed that the ticket was cancelled. find the attached screen shot. When I called up the customer care they are told me that I wont be getting a refund. i raised a complaint against this and the issue has not yet been resolved. Now a customer care executive named kishore is trying to close the ticket saying its resolved. In an other mail he is telling me that they are following up rigourously with KPN travels. where as i do not see any progress. Complaint No: 743608

                                  I booked my ticket from coimabtore to ernakulam. This is my booking ID: GOBUSe0dc[protected]. Now no need to travel on that day. So i tried to cancel my ticket from march 29th. but i couldn't cancel my ticket. All other tabs are working except that cancellation tab. I clicked so many time but it shows blank pages. I want to cancel my ticket immediately and need refund also. My travelling date is March 31st at 22:45.

                                    We booked through GoIbibo for Tropicana U Resort hotel at Alibaug for 2 nights for 2 Adults and 1 child of 12 years. The booking voucher sent to us through email and available online showed correct booking for 2 Adults and 1 Child.However, when we checked into the hotel, they informed us that you have to pay for the child as the child booking is only for 1 year old child for which the hotel does not charge anything but for 12 year child it is Rs. 1100 + taxes per night. We had paid Rs. 13, 227 for 2 nights and GoIbibo.com booking Voucher clearly mentions the booking is for 2 Adults and 1 child with all meals included. But it did not mention the age of the child. Now they claim we selected 1 year as the age of the child. There is no proof they are able to show us about this and neither we can show what was selected as the age of the child. By not mentioning the age of the child in their voucher, they found a new way to cheat innocent customers like us. When we asked them to show us the hotel tariff for that day for other guests so we are satisfied with the rates for 2 adults, they are not willing to share that with us saying the rates change for each guest and the information is confidential.Can anyone help me recover my extra Rs. 2700/- I had to pay at the hotel U Resort Tropicana inspite of my making 100% payment in advance to GoIbibo.com one and half month in advance. THIS IS NOT CHEATING BUT TOTAL LOOTING.

                                      Respected SIR, Im SOURAV PARIDA im writing on behalf of my younger sister in which she faced a lot of problems because of goibibo sites as we had booked bus ticket from here... kindly help me in solving the problem i faced and request you to solve as soon as possible so that i can recover my losses due to goibibo. (This complain message i wrote to the ibibo site) i booked to and fro ticket from Banglore-mumbai-Banglore Complain 1: On 23rd oct 2014 my bus timing was 5:15 pm from Banglore but the sea bird agency shifted timing to 9:30pm as a result my destination time was delayed due to which i lost an opprtunity in my career because of your worst service i ever had. #better learn from redbus service(which i was unaware of this but now i got & will spread this message to all public sites)# Complain 2: for 23rd oct 2014 the type of bus i booked was Sleeper but they provided/adjusted me to seated type bus but my journey hour was 17 hrs but i adjusted not in sleeping rather in seating. this means ur goibibo travel agencies are gambling here in ur company and that to you are responsible for it as you permitted the agencies to do business in your site Complain 3: My return ticket was from Borivoli, Mumbai to Banglore at 13:30 on 26 Oct 2014 bt before the day of travel i was calling to the 2 phone numbers mentioned in booked ticket print agency o[censored]nited travel in which one phone number was working and another number was not working as a result the working phone number not responded to my phone number and on the very next day(journey date 26 Oct 2014) i called the same number then he responed & said "he will send two numbers to my phone number and contact to them they will say pickup place and timing" as a result non of two phone numbers responded to my call and just few hours(1-2hrs) before the depature i contact to the united travel ageny office phone number from google search as a result they said "where is the pick up place of your booked ticket " i said "borivoli " they said"Bus is cancelled" i said "there is no confirmation message/mail to me & how can you cancel immediatly without prior information to the passenger atleast should inform 1 day day before of journey so that we could arrange alternate with the issue cancelllation " they said"we already sent information to the ibibo site so as to inform you all" they cut the call then in the mean i called ibibo but all the channel was busy n i tried a lot but after half hour i talked to customer care executive but they said their is no information about cancellation o[censored]nited travel bus and executive asked the phone number of the agency who said about the cancellation of bus and i gave the phone number but nothing information we got about the bus then i called the same bus agency number still he said "where is your pick up point" i said "borivoli" they said"bus is cancelled" and i asked them "goibibo is saying that they dont have information about cancellation o[censored]nited bus travel " they said"you ask them they know and we dont know anything other than cancel of bus journey" i went to the bus stop with all my heavy lugguage and waits for 5 hours for the bus to arrive but with my heavy head ache i cudnot understand what to do and even dint get any other instant buses to banglore and finally booked a hotel and ticket for next day for which i lost my 1 day payment of my working job, wasted money for 1 day booking of staying in hotel, spent extra Rs1900 for booking my ticket. As A whole the matter is still not solved and money is not refunded to me Im going to case a file against Ibibo.com for heavy loss of my wealth & health and for cheating innocent people like passenger booking from ibibo site. Im aslo going to spread on social/public sites and return my money to be refunded & other money lost/wasted only for your bad service and non trusty organisation.
