I purchased a used car and the first owner is not closing his fastag account(Majhal Ahmed[protected].

I was using a temporary fastag with my engine number (K12MN12548) as suggested by icici employee at the time of new fastag purchase. Now my fastag is blocklisted.

Explained this to their customer service and provided all supporting documents such as name transferred RC copy, PAN etc

Still no proper response and I am paying twice the amount in every toll.

Cannot update old fastag, cant use my new fastag as well.

    Unable to operate icici bank account, it was due for KYC. While there was no message, no communication from ICICI bank that I will not be able to operate mobile app till KYC done. Suddenly iMobile app stopped all operations and it caused significant inconvinence.

    Call[protected] ICICI bank customer care, spoke to manager Chirinjivi he was stating as per process still KYC is not done i will not be able operate iMobile applicaion as per ICICI bank process. WHen asked for process, he said he does not have any process document available, nor message sent to user. it caused significant impact on my day to day activity.

        Customer ID 51605649.
        The total interest on my FD with ICICI bank for FY 23 24 is Rs 40, 561 as per bank statement.TDS( Rs 8112) @20% has been deducted and paid to inc tax wheras tax due is only 4056.My PAN and adhaar are linked in my income tax file.My total inc for FY 23 24 is below taxable limit.
        The excess tax Rs 4056 deducted may pl be funded with interest.

        Their bank complaint site always gives msg "we are unable to process yr request.Pl try after sometime"I have tried after few hours, few days, many days-this is the stock reply.This is one way of avoiding to accept complaints.

          I am complaining about ecsrtn charges

          ECSRTN charge of Rs 3600 was deducted from my ICICI bank account without informing me. Is this the right way? I want my money back.

          I m using credit card first time and icici bank have charged me interest and penalty of rs 500 to 800 rs around and that penalty will convert today in 50882.95 rs . i had called so many times customer care and raised a complain but there is no solution of my complain since from 2022. so many times i have called customer care they raised complain but there is no solution of my complain since from 2022 and within complain of 4 to 5 days automatically message came from bank your complain solved but still today there is no solution and first time complain converted today in 50882.95 rs they are constantly following for payment collection but they not interested in solving my problem since from 2022. i have also mailed to their mail id on customer.[protected]@icicibank.com on date of 21/3/2024, 24/03/2024, 14/04/2024 and 21/04/2024 consequently but every time they refused to solve complain till date and charged so much intereset and penalty every month instead of showing interest in solution of compalin . lastly call came from legal department of bank icici and told me to pay 9000 rs and ur outstanding will zero i have also paid that 9000 rs on 20 th march 2024 but stillthey sending me 50882.95 rs outstanding. they also put lien in my icici bank account and two to three times they have cut money from my icici bank account, when i have try to close my account in shahibaug branch on 10th march 2024 but branch told me there is more 1 lien of 591 rs of IPO bounce back charge of 591 rs on 16/07/2021 if balance on that day 55000 rs in my account why they put lien of 591 rs how its possible if balance is there . still today so many times they call me 3 to 4 times in a day for payment and giving me mental harassment, my family is also disturbed due to this collection call. hope u look out in this matter and do needful as soon as possible my contact number is [protected] and mail id is [protected]@gmail.com

            I tried & booked (Seven times - details as below) the show at (PVR) Inox:LUXE Phoenix Market City, Velachery,
            Due to technical issues, the show did not start and the manager took pictures of our ticket saying we will receive a refund.
            IT HAS BEEN 2 WEEKS BUT NO REFUND HAS BEEN OBTAINED.
            Can you please look into it seriously, To refund it on an urgent basis within the credit card statement date.

              Due to loss of job I was unable to pay my credit card bill dues for 2 months. I am requesting bank persons to give another 2 months time clear the due as I am arranging funds to pay the bill.
              They are not listening at all, day and night they are messaging and calling giving mental pressure and threatening that they will come and sit at home till i clear my bills and give pressure to my family they are telling.
              Due to this pressure I am stressed out. I have sent mail and messages requesting them but they are very arrogant and not helping me.
              Iam clearly mentioning i will clear the Payment within two Months, but he is not aware how to behave and Speak with the Woman, how can they tell they will send field executive to my house and sit there till i clear the due.

                  Sir, my issue is regarding to failure of payment. The amount was deducted from my account while making a payment for my examination fee through eazypay - icici gateway.

                  Actually, the matter is when i proceed to payment page after entering all the credentials of my upi mode then the payment was transacted from google pay and it was successful but, the website shows me an error message in which it is written that" we regret the inconvenience, and the transaction was failed.

                    I have a savings account in ICICI Bank and suddenly I got a message that 35921 amount has been deducted from my account. With comment ADTPSLSIPG and I have not bought anythinf not subscribed to anything of this amount. Also read online similar things have happened with multiple people in ICICI Bank only. Never cliick on any links nor downloaded anything this is actually something happening inside ICICI Bank and done by their employees. All complaints online are with ICICI Bank

                      My mobile number [protected] which is KYC verified with Aadhaar and also linked to my Savings and Credit card account of ICICI bank was used 15 years back by a person named M PACHAMUTHU. He has borrowed money from many banks and financial institutions as I am still getting calls from them and asking him in my mobile number. Most of the calls are from ICICI Bank only which keep coming 3 to 5 times at varied intervals, for any given day. I went and gave written request to ICICI Nanganallur Branch, Chitlapakkam and Mahalakshmi Nagar Branches with Aadhaar and PAN card proofs but no action has been taken so far. My registered email address with ICICI Bank is [protected]@yahoo.com. Initially, ICICI customer care team asked to provide a letter from Mobile service provider (AIRTEL) that this mobile number is owned by myself - Srinivasan N. I requested AIRTEL and provided this information by email. But, then, they want it in non-editable format and with some more information / confirmations from AIRTEL again, which is becoming never ending.

                      Both my BANK Account and Aadhaar are linked to [protected] which is physically KYC verified last month at ICICI BANK in Dr.Rajendra Prasad road, Chitlapakkam branch by an authorised representative, in person. I cannot provide any other proofs to ICICI bank and want my mobile number to be delinked from M. PACHAMUTHU, loan defaulter immediately

                      M PACHAMUTHU is having other Loan accounts as well with ICICI and has provided a different mobile number for those. You could choose to update them for those Loan accounts that has my mobile number - [protected], after your verification.

                      ICICI has to ensure proper validation methods to link any mobile number to their Bank accounts in First place and STOP this nonsense procedure for delinking the mobile number, even though the mobile number is linked to Aadhaar and Aadhaar KYC verification is done in person at their Branches.

                        My name is Arun Kumar Mali, I have a wholesale shoe shop in Bhilwara, Rajasthan and my shop's account is in ICICI Bank branch in Bhilwara. Some amount was wrongly credited to my account; I did not withdraw the wrong amount from my account and I informed the branch about the same in writing and asked for refund of the wrong amount and also made several rounds of the bank but till now no problem has been resolved. I have not received any correct reply from the bank. Please get the freeze mark removed from my account and kindly send the wrong amount back to where it came from.

                          Deduction of unknown charges

                          Why my amount was deducted under this following statements. Why i am getting all charges from my account? I asked about bajaj finserve and told me they authorized to deduct only loan amount, not any other charges. So, i move to call customer care number icici bank. The ivr wanted me to enter my details so fast and then after a few seconds, it's automatically hang up.

                          There was credit card fraud transaction on my credit card [protected] dated 25th Sep 2023 amounting to INR79000. I raised dispute against the transaction however bank has reverted stating the responsibility of the dues is of customer. I have been following up with bank officials all head of departments to share details of the transaction from backend of their credit card system "CTL" like beneficiary name, address, bank transaction reference number etc which will help to investigate the transaction further. HOwever no employee of the bank care to respond with the details from their system. they give stereotype response that its customer's responsibility to pay even though its fraud transaction. They have already debited my savings account with 20000 against this transaction due. Now they have even marked lien on my another bank account and blocked 92000 against the due of this transaction. This bank account is not linked to this credit card and is not even in single holder's name. Its my parents money. But they have intimated that they will debit this account within 7 days to adjust against the dues against this disputed transaction. I really do not understand how can bank not share any beneficiary details of the transaction and recover dues from some other account maintained with them without customer's consent. It seems all fishy since banks have connection with VISA and they can always retreive all the details of the transaction including location and beneficiary details from VISA. But they are not doing the same even after follow up. Why cant a bank take effort in investigating fraud transaction by coordinating with VISA and from bank's own backend system. Why does bank have right to debit customer's account without their consent for any amount they feel is right. Does customer has no recourse. Even for investigating the transaction further I need all the details from banks backend system. How do they expect customer find out based on only amount and date of transaction?

                              I bring to your kind notice that there has been huge deduction of RS. 48, 163 in a span of 3 days towards ecs bounce charges in icici bank because of HDB Financial, Kindly help me on the refund payment. My financial situation is really bad, because of HDB financial and Icici bank.

                                I had applied for ICICI Bank fast tag on 14th March 2024 and till now I have not received the fast tag even after having made the full payment on 14th March itself.

                                I have tried calling the customer service number many times but every time, the call is disconnected after 11 minutes of waiting for my call to be connected to your service representatives.

                                I had completed all the KYC and formalities required by you on 14th March itself and the vehicle I have requested a fast tag for doesn't not have an active fast tag either from any other bank.

                                Hence, I have come to the conclusion that your bank is not interested in issuing me a fast tag and I request for a refund.
