Cake was ordered on 9th aug for delivery 10th aug, and the order has been placed and confirmed from your team member (Swetha) attached the copy of confirmation and chat history. Need a immediate refund!!! Let me know the process or has to deal thru legally. Happy to do it as well..

I ordered cake and flowers they did not deliver it and made an excuse of covid. They are not giving refund also back.

I made the payment of rs. 1020/-to deliver a cake on 10.07.2020 from indiacakes. (Order id. 355327)

On that day no information, no delivery and no reply.

I contacted cc, they replied your order cancelled and amount will be refunded with in 4 days.

No refund till date.

I made compliant in cyber crime and sent the ack. No also.

There is no reply.

Ordered a cake on 2 aug 2020 to madurai. Money was taken for same day delivery of birthday cake. Now it's been more than 5 days and cake is not delivered till now. I would like a refund, but they are not picking up call, nor is the cake being delivered. I want the money back.

But till now haven’t got response on the delivery and unable to contact customer care too. To request for refund.

I had placed an order on 22nd of july, 2020 and the order was to be delivered the next day. But the order was undelivered so i called their support and the support even lied to me saying that my order was out for delivery and will be delivered by 9 p. M. Firstly, i did not receive any kind of information regarding my order from the merchant and secondly the support asks us to write them an email and when we do we are left unanswered. They have still not informed me about the product and they have not initiated my refund as well. Forget refund, they are hardly reachable. This is a severe violation of my customer rights. Please look into the matter.

They didn't deliver order. After 80 days, still not given refund

There is maharasthra based company named 'indiacakes.com' for delivering cakes, chocolates, flowers accores 2 thousands cities in india (As they said). Somehow i've found it's fraud. What happened to me is,
One of my friend orderd cake for my birthday at the mid of the april from indiacakes. There was no other option available at that time cause that was first lockdown period. But they failed to delivered that time. And keep telling us for 2 3 days, 'they will deliver upto 7 p. M'
We used to call the many times in a day but every time they assured for delivery. But they couldn't and end up to gave a coupon code which we can use withing 1 year. I thought 'okay it's fine, maybe in this pandemic time delivery is not possible'.
After 3 months day before yesterday i used this coupon code and orderd. But again they are doing the same thing. And this time they have taken extra 200 delivery charge from me. I was not paying to told them what happened to me 3 months ago but somehow they convinced me. Told me 'mam isbar apka order pakka pohoch jayega, jab delivery ke liye nikalte hai tabhi humlog extra charge karte hai'. I am trying to contact them in my best possible way even today they are like '4 bje tak pohoch jayega', '6 baje tak pohoch jayega'. Every time i am calling, they are asking the same thing 'mam what is your order number and what is your problem?' i have told them 1000 times what is my problem and everytime they are coming up with some new excuses or not receving the call. [protected] it's their phone number. And after 7 p. M they don't recieve calls.
It's not about the money that i want it back or something. It's about the emotional and love which you send to someone on their birthday to make them happy at least. But they ditched me 2 times. I want to take legal action against it. How is it possible?

Sir i have seen add about mahindra bolero yesterday. He sekar. D said that you have to pay courier charges before delivery 11500. I paid but after delivery boy called to pay insurance amount of 21500. But i ignored. Now what will i do please guide me

Not delivery my booking and payment advance pay

I have ordered a cake order no.354093 on Jun 22, 2020, 5:25:53 PM but it will not be delivered. And customer care will not be responding to the call. 15 days over not getting any reply. I have contacted over email but still not getting a reply on the refund amount of Rs. 625.

Yesterday i placed an order for birthday cake on an online site https://www.indiacakes.com/. the order number is 355416. The cake was supposed to be delivered yesterday but this has not delivered. Worst part is that your customer care team is simply avoiding my call. I need to resolution urgently. There customer care number is [protected]. Kindly help.

I had ordered cake on 8/7/2020 which is to be delivered on 9/7/2020 and before placing order i also chat with their representative and they assured me that they can deliver cake on my place. My order no is 355301 and after waiting whole day there is no mail or message regarding my order. After that i called them several times but there is no reply from their side, they picked the phone and keep aside. I dont wont my money back but please indian govt i request you please block this website as i dont want these beggars spoil another persons birthdays and precious moments. They are cheaters and they never give a cake nor refund our money.in the whole senario i understood that this scam is operated by a lady.

I have believed in my country government and please punish these #.

You have not updated the status of my order id : 355327 on both online and offline mode.
As per your commitment, you have not delivered before 9.00pm on 10.07.2020.
Your have not informed anything on online and phone also.
After repeated calling your customer care number, your executive informed about the could not delivery status and refund will be initiated with 4 working days.
Then i arranged cake some where and made the function at 8.30pm.
Is it a good customer support.
Please refund as you committed with in 4 days.
Otherwise, i will take the legal action with claiming the damage under consumer forum and cyber crime.

I ordered a cake on 8th july 2020 and i have not received any cake or the refund yet. The company has stopped replying to the email and i are not receiving any calls too. Please help me to get my paid amount back as soon as possible.
