I hade made an order of photo cake from indiacakes.com worth rs 1400. The order was supposed to be delivered on 04 the june 2020. Indiacakes.com has not delivered it yet, and on calling helpline numbers nobody is picking up, nobody is bothered to inform me why it is being not delivered. This was the helpline number [protected].

I dnt recvce my order. Yestrday it was suppose to deliver.
No one is revcving my call or. Giving reply
I need my cake or money back.

I have ordered cake and still i dnt recce my cake yet. Yesterday it was suppose to deliver but still not yet.
If i dnt get my cake or money i will file a complaint against you.

I've placed an order on june 18th and i still haven't received the order. The paymment is successful.
Customer care number is invalid, no response to emails and no response from the chat bot on their website.

I have paid 545rs but still they didn't deliver they don't respond for online chat contact number they had has not reached & also they gave some mail id they don't respond back...I m totally unhappy about their service I lost money please help me to refund my money

This is in reference to order no. 353070 which had to be delivered neither they delivered the order nor they have informed me regarding non delivery.
Also no one picked the call and not even replying to emails.
Refund has still not been initiated for my order it's been 2 weeks.

Worst experience and worst service. This is fraud

I ordered a cake on 14/06/2020 at 09:32, order no=353391, the cake is not delivered till now. No response from the website as well. I have tried every thing which is given on the website to establish contact, but i was unable to do so. I haven't even got any mail regarding delayed service or refund of money. As they are unable to the deliver the cake. Please take action against this asap.

I ordered one cake for my parent's anniversary on 15th June 2020.

I even not got my cake and the cake is not delivered in time and i payed extra money for delivery before 2pm and now i want to cancel it and return my money back

I have ordered worth 1495+ 200 extra for sameday night delievery on 15th of june.
Still it is not delievered till 17th of june.
Neither we can connect with customer support using the number given in site nor the live chat support people reply properly.
I have not got my refund yet too.

I ordered one cake on 09/06/2020 as a wedding anniversary gift. Order id 353043. Until now they didn't delivered the item, i enquired several times about the order through ticket system on the company website, no response from the company.

I have ordered a cake on 24th may to be delivered on 27rd may, 2020 whose order was 351893 . They are not able to delivered the cake after which i tried to connect with one of their support executive who said Payment is pending. I took the screenshot of Payment and send them a proof then they said it is pending with Local Franchise. Now they are not even responding since 5 days. No email response. No response on live chat.

Order no. 352713 ordered a cake on 8 june 2020 but not delivered full amount i. E. 700 have been deducted and no proper answers to the call.

Hi everyone who is reading this.

I ordered a cheese cake worth 2200/- rs and flowers worth 900 rs. From this site to be delivered on someone's occasion. I prepaid them online on their site and ordered promising me timely delivery and charged me even extra 500 rs for same. As a result, firstly the order did not reach on time and secondly, they sent a cake, aplain cheapest cake available in the market not even worth 300 rs in an unhygienic manner, that you don't feel like opening as well. And instead of flowers they sent chocolates worth 150 rs. Total worth not even 500 rs, they charged me 3100 rs. For it. They not only spolit someone's occasion but also cheated us in a mnner no one would ever do. This is a fraud, scam. Looting people of india. The owner shoud be sued for this. This was disgusting. And yes the customer service doesn't answet your queries and answers very rudely and just drops the call. I am going to send them a legal notice and take strict action against them. I am not going to spare them. Till then i just want to make the people aware about this fraudent company who must have scammed thousands of people in india. Guys kindly i would request you not to order any thing from this fraudulent site. They are just cheating people and spoling occasions. I would attach a screenshot for everyones refernce. Of the same.

I placed order no 352765 and it was supposed to be delivered yesterday in bangalore however the same did not happen. Please refund my money.

Last time also order (350845) was not delivered in lucknow in may 2020 and you guys gave me a coupon which is of no use to me.

Please refund 499 rupees for order # 352765 asap.

Fourty days before i ordered cool cake i didn't recieved.
That time i will get msg to the company through refund amount i will get 2 to 5 business days. But still i didn't get refund amount

Frauds! Stole my money...
Took it but never got my cake! Two birthdays ruined because of them... They keep lying telling it’ll be on time but never!
Frauds, thieves... They should shut the page down

I have ordered a cake to be delivered on june 2nd 2020 for my aunty which was never delivered even though full amount which was shown inclusive of delivery charges was paid. I called them up and they informed me that since the place of delivery is far i need to pay extra delivery charges of 200 rupees & sent me a link to pay the same which was also paid via the link provided but still they never delivered the cake. They never replied to my calls or properly answered any of my queries on their site. Very bad customer service

My order has not been delivered yet, and i paid the whole money. There is no response from the customer care also. Such a worst service.
