I have been trying to track my order since morning. I paid the full amount for my delivery, and it is very bad and disappointing that i get no proper response from the other side. I sent more mails, raised ticket and so many calls. But not even i got one response. I am. Worried, whether my order will reach or not... This is very bad. My order has to reach by 2pm, but its already 3pm, my order has not reached and i have no response. If they are this much irresponsible, why to pick the order.. That too with the money. What a worst service?

The website failed to deliver the ordered cake and refused refund in terms of money. They are giving me a coupon code which i don't want. The customer service both via call and email are non responsive. My order number is 347670

This company is a fraud. I have once ordered a cake. It was never delivered and they did not infact bother to reply or send any information. I called mANY TIMEs and after so many calls, they received and said rudely that they will not refund my money and will give me coupon. They were soo rude. You can't even explain. So I had received the coupon and then I had to order again. And guess what this time as well the order did not deliver and this time again they have not send any information. I have called chatted emailed mANY TIMEs, but nobody, literally nobody is picking the call, or replying back in emails and chat. This company is a complete fraud. Please do not buy anything. This company should shut. They infact have very bad agents. They talk like I owe something from them. This company is full of ###. I want my money this time. Kindly refund my money

I had ordered b'day cake for my parents on 18th may and paid online rs 650/- for the same after which the website reported order cancelled. However my money was not reversed.. Their mail showed order confirmed. I did not receive my cake on that day and neither anyone is receiving calls and replying to mails.
On complain forum i saw many complains about this fraud website. They r looting money. Some people have ordered cakes worth 5000 and not recd them.
Pls help us all out by closing this website and regaining our lost money.

I ordered for this strawberry cheese cake worth 1900+ 250 (For delivery on time) which they delivered after 6 hrs.
And instead sent a normal cheap cake not e worth even 500 rs. Inhave uploaded the picture. And also i bought flowers worth 1000, instead they sent chocolate box half the value of it. Saying they dint have flowers.
This company is looting people. A big fraud they are and their customer service is worst. They don't talk to you properly and insult you. It is completely spoiling occasions. Guys, i would suggest everyone who is reading this, that you do not give them even a single. Order online. They are not at all trustworthy and a big big fraud. Cheating people

I have ordered and paid for half kg cake which costs around 890rs (Incl delivery charge) and to be delivered on 19/05/2020, so indiacakes.com have accepted this order. But on 19/05/2020 indiacakes.com send me an e-mail asking for additional money as they were saying half cage is not available hence you should pay extra money for 1kg cake, so i chat with their executive on their website and i made it clear if you are able to deliver half kg cake its ok, but if not please cancel and refund the money and i made it clear to them am not going to pay an extra penny for this. So they didnt deliver the cake on 19/05/2020 and said it has been cancelled on phone. But now today when checked the refund status they are like saying we will issue a coupon for that so i said its not possible i want my money to refunded and i called on their customer care number ([protected]), they are picking up the phone but not talking. I felt like am cheated. Pls help.

This is to bring to your notice that i have placed an order for a birthday cake on 16th may 9:45am which had to be delivered today, i. E., 19th may but did not deliver the order. There is no information about the order, though tried a lot to contact via phone call but was unsuccessful.
Anyways, i have paid rs990/ and i want the complete refund.
I will have to take the necessary action if not refunded.

I've paid 562.50 rs for a cake that i did not receive. Their support is useless & disappeared as soon as i paid my money. Kindly refund my money asap or deliver the cake. I have been trying to contact them since the minute i have placed this order. The order number is #351392. I have paid my hard earned money & this was a cake for my old father who has gained a lot of negativity in these times. I feel cheated & as a consumer, i will go to any means to get this sorted out. Their support won't help me & they are looting me. Kindly help me out with this. I don't know what else to do.

Hi i made a order on 14th may for 1 cake..
The order did not get delivered..
Today is 16th may, but till now after placing the order i didn't get any follow up mail or call.

I send many mails also but no respond from their side.

I found this behavior highly irresponsible, from the reputed website.

I want them to reach out to me and refund my money at the earliest.

Dear team,

Please note that we ordered cake and flower worth rate 1200/ from indiacakes.com, the ordered was not delivered and order was cancelled from thier side due to service not available, they said we will get the refund from them with in 48 hrs... Its been 7 days but no response and we did not get any refund.
They are not replying our email nor picking our call.

I ordere a cake 10.052020 payment was debited successfully from my account 499... I have confirmation from your side.. Order not delivered... When my refund back i want to back in my account asap

I ordered 2 cakes for 2 different locations today after having online chat with customer support who ensured they are delivering at the mentioned pincodes even amidnst lockdown. My order numbers are 350844 and 350846.
I paid an extra 250rs per cake to ensure delivery is done asap. I have been trying to call customer care number but no one picked it since morning. I went on online chat with the support available and they kept ensuring me that the cake is being prepared and it will be delivered till 8pm due to lockdown constraints. Now their support is also offline and no delivery has happened at both the places. I have dropped them around 5-6 mails but no response. I want full refund of my order and also a compensation for this mental trauma. I would have looked into other sites of they would have declined delivery at the first place.

This company has been cheating on many people, it promises to deliver cake even during lockdown but the truth is that the cake never gets delivered neither customers get their refund, customer services is so poor they dont respond to mails or calls. I too have been a victim of this compan, i ordered a cake on 3-5-20 worth rs 499 which was supposed to be delivered on 3-5-2020 itself between 9am-11pm, my order id is 349978. But it has been 1week but my cake is not delivered neither they are giving any updates. I am really frustated now. Please refund my money i will never ever order from this site. Fake company please stop cheating on innocent people.

I have ordered a cake in this website but it hasn't delivered . The customer service nuym it out of order. the worst websites I have ever seen

I have ordered two cake for my 2 relatives for their personal occasion. India cake website has has taken my order and they even charged me extra for delivering it on specific time slot. They literally destroyed the 2 functions by not delivering the cake and they insulted us by delivering one cake on the next day and other havn't done delivery. The cake delivered was an enitrely different cake exactly opposite of my order. It was the worst cake ever we had. We asked for a refund of the cake which has not been delivered but they are not even considering it.

My brother has ordered online on above mentioned site to deliver cake on th may 2020.. While ordering he checked if the delivery will happen on time... These people from website have confirmed the on-time delivery... However it's 6th of may today but still haven't received any delivery...
I called up many times on the given number on their website but no one receives any call... Looks like this is fraud website... Now i can seen many reviews regarding this website related to fraud..
I request to please look into this with high importance as many of people using this site in this current pandemic situation...
