I'm travelled in shabari express 17230, on PNR [protected]. I was dissapointed with the experience. This train use to offer good food in pantry, now nothing is cooked in pantry. No hygiene pillow covers were dirty asked for replacement no responce. No sweeping or cleaning taking place. Old rusted coach. TT WAS LEAST BOTHERED. Who is in train with ticket or without ticket. TDR CR repudiate

I was travelling with family in 1st train sampark kranti(12217) from kota to new delhi PNR[protected] but the train got late more than 3hr reaching new delhi. Thus I was not able to travel in 2nd train Kalka shatabdi ([protected]) which was on time thus I filled TDR but now CR repudiate is showing as status.please look into this matter....

Phone Verification Mobile OTP not received

Dear Sir/Madam,

Re: Mobile OTP not received for verification/international number

The website is not sending mobile verification code on my registered mobile. And, therefore I am not able to book tickets through IRCTC website.

My irctc account is suspended for no reason

My irctc account is suspended and it is showing that due to fraudulent transaction but I have used that account once to book the ticket on 2022 Oct and due to emergency I cancelled it then my account is blocked. I contacted the railway customer care through email and phone and their response was also like that their customer service is very poor and not explaining the correct details and solutions for it. Delay in start

Train no. 17233
From: secunderabad
To: sirpur kagaznagar

Start time as per schedule: 3:35 pm
Actual departure time: 6:00pm (almost every day)

If you can't start the train on time because of any reasons, change the time to a different window.

We have work and things to do, we can't sit in station for 3hours+ and in train another 6 hours(obviously it will take +2 hours)

I am surprised to saw mail (enclosed), the TDR filed against PNR Number [protected] for train no. 11014 CBT LTT EXPRESS dated 20/05/2023 with reason “Train Late More Than Three Hours and Passenger Not Travelled” has been repudiated by you. Wrong captcha scam

Tried booking tatkal ticket. the site will not allow to log and kept saying invalid captcha, instead of writing the correct one for 15 times. Finally just when the tickets got over, it allowed to login with one captcha. What is this scam ? What is the technology fraud behind the codes. there is definitely a code jammer, that doesnot allow users to login and book tickets. I could not attend an urgent funeral because oh this.
