I booked the train ticket on[protected] unfortunately that was not booked... But in my account ixigo deduct the money and they told me that will be credited with in 5 days but not refund the money.

ixigo wrong flight booking

I made two flight ticket booking for 28th jan, 19:10pm. But i just can't believe, that both the tickets were generated for some other flights. Both the tickets are at odd timings. And as i made the booking for my parents, they can't even separately, or travel at those odd timings.

I contcated cheap tickets also, but they said they booked only based on what they got from ixigo.

I am a regular customer of ixigo,...

refund of money for train booking.

I booked railway ticket on 2nd Nov 2018 and 6th jan 2019 which was failed but my amount get deducted . They inform me that your refund amount has been initiated and will be credited within 10 days . Ixitr[protected]... Pls check the refund status and kindly speed up the process.. How to contact your customer service center.. Pls add the calling option... I book and cancel the train ticket on 5 december 2018. But refund amount is not credited on my account... Pls speedup the payment refund process... Send any update news and refund status... cancelled my whole flight ticket of two without popping the checkbox

They cancel tickets for both passngers.

Cheapticket.in also involved in this.

I have gone to the cancel the ticket. They directly issued the cancellation request without proompting me to for partially cancellation.

I want my refund or dont want my ticket to get cancel.

no customer care support

Have been trying to contact ixigo.com customer care but in vain. There is no way i can call their customer care executive to resolve my grievance. The only option is to just leave a feedback on their help page & they will contact back at their convenience. This is not acceptable as in case of emergency there is no way to contact them, speak & resolve any problem....

refund not done even after 3 weeks

I booked a train ticket on dec 12th 2018. The refund was supposed to be initiated within 7 days. After 7 days i got a new message saying to be initiated within 72hrs. Today it is 7th of jan. Still there is no progress seen. I contacted the bank for the same. They said its totally an automated process. They dont have any part in this. Once the refund is initiated from ixigo side, it will be credited automatically.

didn't get my ticket

I tried to book a train ticket from your app but i didn't got any confirmation message or any pnr number, even after deduction of money from my bank account. After succe, ssfully paying money through, google pay to ixigo. [protected]@hdfcbank, i got website error page. But i didn't got any ticket but still my money got deducted. So kindly refund my money back....
