I am pankaj kumar, i had tried to book a flight ticket between patna to dibrugarh on 30 sept, 2017 at 01:32 pm, but as i made transaction 13, 788 rs. Deducted from my credit card account but i didn't get a ticket (As the booking is not shown in my trips page). So, i have made the ticket from a different site. As it is already 5 days passed but i didn't get my cash refund... I regret to state that if i wouldn't get money back. Then i have to look towards consumer forum. (My ticket was redirected to cleartrip) hope ixigo will respond quickly...
