Sir mera reafond abhi tak nahi aaya aaj 25din ho gaye aap ke customer care par phone bhi nahi lagta ixigo compony fraud karti he chor he javab reaplay bhi nahi kartti aur company ne email kiya tha 5 to 7day reafond you paymen in your account but aaj 25 din ho gaya abhi tak payment account me aaya nahi he aur company ki taraf se koi javab nahi de raha he.

Dear sir, The train ticket amount from pune to Bhubaneswar(11019, konark exp) Rs 661 has deducted on 21/10/18 for resv tkt dt14/02/19.order id_ixitr[protected].msg arrived that deducted money will refund in my acc with in 5days.but till now that amount not refund.please refund as soon as possible.Thank you
