I had received a message from Jeeves on 4th September 2022 . Technician name is Rakesh and also his contact number is available in message. I called him many times for repair my product but he is not attend my calls. After 24Hrs I called again but no response. More than 30 days since the tv has been picked up for service, still no update

I have purchased extended warranty for Nokia 43 inches tv bought on Flipkart in April 2021. The tv has already been repaired twice in December 2021 and July 2022. It again got same issue on 2nd September 2022 and the tv was picked up on 4th September 2022. it's been more than 30 days and Jeeves is not giving me the tv nor the refund....

Delay in service and no proper follow up regarding the service

I've registered a complaint with Jeeves last month and I'm not getting proper follow up from them even after 1 month. My TV is still you you and your call centre executives are disconnecting my phone calls when I call u you check the statu... pathetic service...

Sansui semi automatic Washing machine pulsator

I had paid 1175/- for Pulsator on date 08.09.2022. I needed Only pulsator. But jeeves again demanding 500/- for service charge. While they did not do any thing in the washing machine.

Amount taken for warranty extension

Washing machine not yet installed

I had purchased one washing machine from flipkart, which was delivered to me on 25th September22. it was supposed to be installed on by 26th Septemeber22. But till today, no one has turned up for the same inspited of repeated call to Flipkart. Declined warranty service

On 3rd November 2019 i have ordered a Vu ultrasmart linux os 40 inch television from flipkart and also purchased a 2 year extended warranty along with the purchase and television has delivered on 7th november 2019. Fraud and rowdies

These Rowdies came to install Flipkart TV but broke TV-stand worth two lakhs. Also speaking bad languages with rude attitude. Not even installed TV, they left the place by damaging TV also. Not sure how to proceed with this issue. they also asked 2000 rupees for installing this way!!! but its mentioned free at flipkart...

Not Providing warranty

My nokia Smart Android TV which I purchased from flipkart with Jeeves complete protection warranty of 3 years

An my Nokia TV screen turned complete Red and has lines it's just been 18 Months from date of Purchase and when I try to contact jeeves it forwards call to flipkart and cuts the call automatically and sometimes it says wrong number, even flipkart is not helping

Not providing service for more than a month

Delay in responding and pickup issue

The incident claim was raised on 24th August, 2022 but till today there was no update in picking up the parcel.
