Complaining about installation and rudely behave

Installation of tv not done

It has been 5 days since my lg32 (Hd) led tv got delivered and they promised that the installation will be completed within 24 hours. It has been 3 days and everyday they tell tomorrow the installation will be completed.

Faulty promises for tv installation

But this guys are such an irresponsible service company that they did even bother to make me a call to confirm my installation date and there by directly cancelled my installation without even informing me. I'm thoroughly disappointed with their service / service guy who came today to fix the leakage problem in my Washing Machine. First of all, he didn't care to check if he fixed it or not.
