Despite my patience and understanding, they have repeatedly failed to address my complaint and have resorted to misleading tactics, causing undue stress and inconvenience.
My ordeal began when I encountered a malfunction with my air conditioner, for which I promptly contacted Jeeves, providing them with all the necessary details. I had purchased their 2-year extended warranty to ensure that any potential issues would be handled efficiently. However, it has now been over 10 days since I registered my complaint, and I am yet to see any progress.
The Flipkart order ID associated with my purchase is OD[protected], and the case ID provided to me by Jeeves is FLRB-YCC11B-LAVX6B-1XO5BF-U7ZVBO. Furthermore, my claim ID is CLEWX[protected], which seems to be of no consequence to Jeeves, as they have shown a complete lack o[censored]rgency and professionalism.
Instead of addressing the matter promptly and ensuring a technician's visit as promised, Jeeves has repeatedly provided me with conflicting and confusing information, deliberately attempting to bewilder me with technical jargon. This blatant tactic to deceive and mislead customers is utterly disrespectful and wholly unacceptable.
In this scorching heat, enduring their delays and evasive behavior has left me and my family in distress. I have dedicated my hard-earned money to purchasing their extended warranty, expecting a smooth resolution in times of need. Regrettably, Jeeves has failed to fulfill its obligations and has shown a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction.
I implore the Consumer Forum to intervene in this matter urgently. It is disheartening to witness such blatant negligence and mistreatment from a company that is supposed to provide customer support and peace of mind. I urge the Consumer Forum to hold Jeeves accountable for their actions and ensure that appropriate measures are taken to rectify this situation promptly.
