Delayed of cargos

Hi All,


I had bad experience with kesineni travels, my brother had booked parcel @ Chennai to Vizag on 27-Apr-2009 and it supposed to be delivered on Wednesday morning on 29-Apr-2009, but it was not done the same and moreover the Vizag kesineni travels manager spoke to me very rude & reckless manner stating that it was season time so they cannot delivered in time. Ticket Money Not Refunded

I booked three tickets from Hyderabad to Bangalore through Kesineni Travels website to travel on 20 Feb 2009. I came to the designated boarding point in Miyapur, Hyderabad at 0610pm and the bus was supposed to pick us up at 0625pm.
