This complaint is against the team lead nurse of ICU 7 who was on the morning shift on 21st July 2021. My mother in law was admitted in the ICU bed 52 from 13th July to 21st July. She passed away due to health complications on the morning of 21st July. After my husband signed all papers, they moved her mortal remains to the morgue. Kindly do the needful at the earliest as we have tried multiple times contacting your customer support but no reply.

On 25/05/2021 my mother got vaccinated at Kokilaben Hospital. At that time she forgot to take bill of vaccination. on the next day I called Kokilaben hospital and asked for the bill on my email. At that time they asked me to email me on [protected]@kokilabenhospitals.com. I did so, but got no response. once agained I called them. At that time they said that I have to collect the bill physically at vaccination billing counter. on dated 12/06/2021...

This complaint is in regard to the refund wherein my wife (Mrs Sanhita Dutta) had got discharged on 31st March 2021 from Kokilaben hospital and the patient ID is - KH[protected].
As per the discharge summary the following was to be refunded -

5% Security Deposit refundable - Rs 12051/
Balance Refundable - Rs 24400.68/
Total Amount Refundable - Rs 36451.68/

I have not received my refund. I was admitted in January. Insurance company have already issued payment to hospital but your hospital is not giving my refund. Insurance company have already made payment in February. By calling on landline number or on extension number no body is responding. By calling in call centre they are also not responding. For getting my money back the patient need to come back, then please let me know. ID KH[protected]...

Security staff behaviour specially lady at the entrance gate is so rude don’t know to talk language was very bad feel like coming to government hospital. In nursing most of the staff are new and lack of knowledge and very slow at work and not polite also with patient...

Nursing staff is not good. Specially on 9th floor. No one is available on desk. On while discharge nurses are doing party in vacant patient room. And people are waiting on desk for nurse to respond for long time. They are just in hurry after party to going home. This is my experience on 9th floor. This floor is specially for pediatric patient. After paying my full amount bill I am waiting here for nurse response for around one hour to take...

Doctors might be good but the other working staff are pathetic nurses, security gaurds, they don't treat patients or their relatives with dignity at all...they treat as if we are some third grade people.
There needs to be strict action against this malbehaviour....

Despite regular follow up on calls and email, security deposit has been unpaid for the past 5 months.
Calling their call centre or the finance department seems to be useless. Nobody seems to be interested in resolution and everyone keeps passing the buck.
Since the time of my mothers hospitalisation, have had a harrowing experience with this hospital. Right from doctors extending the stay unnecessarily from previously planned...

I've been trying to get a doctor's appointment since two days but customer care never picks the call instead its told wait time is two minutes or customer executive will attend us shortly. Till now the customer executive has not yet spoken to me. The doctor's appointment is very urgent but nothing seems to happen there. Ive even left a voice message....

I was operated upon for prostate on 6th January 2020 and was discharged on 11th January 2020 and cleared all dues of hospital vide billno. IPBL/20085756 dated 11th January 2020.

An amount of Rs.21, 428.99 was retained by the hospital as Security Deposit.

The hospital has still not refunded the above amount even after lapse of more than ONE YEAR.

I had spoken to the concerned person shailesh Parmar last month, he promised to get the refund processed.But no reply nor communication from his side or anyone in the hospital.

1 ) The appointment taken for PET CT - if it is taken on the first slot at 9:00 am and I reach by 8:45 am today as first patient - assuming a Pediatric can be taken first - However as per Mr Aniket at the admission counter, have been asked to wait as patients entered later had booked the appointments before. Please help me understand as is that how it works? If than, I will book the appointment very well in advance and not be before time....
