I have been cheated by the bank stating a free card will be given to me based on a personal loan I have taken, but was charged joining fee . Then I contacted customer care to close the card 3 to 4 times, every time executives are taking the requests and saying we have tried to contacting you but you r not reachable and unconditionally closed the tickets. My 22, 000 was deducted from my account one day saying that my accoun t was not maintaining minimum balance, after too many converstaions from mutiple people, including company management and Kotak bank, they said they will reiumburse small amount every 3 months(2700 rupees) BUT for that they asked me to deposit 10, 000 rupees. so I deposited 10, 000.

I have written so many emails to kotak for transfer of my PL to HDFC bank but they are not responding to it . They are just asking for bank statement again again which I already did. I even once visited to their office in CP and Vaishali enclave and submited all the docs but still no response. I am being harrased. Please help.

The worst service i have seen till date.
It's been close to 20 days that i have requested a cheque book and its still not delivered.
Cheque book is only being shifted from courier service to chennai branch and vice versa. Called customer care and they do nothing but give a number to call which no one answers.
Visited J P Nagar(Bangalore) branch also and they didn't help either.

For god sake please deliver...

I have no idea when and how the amount of Rs. 10151.85 was debited from my credit card. I have connected multiple times to customer care of kotak bank and even connected to the greater kailash branch that when and where this amount was debited from my credit card, instead of furnishing any detail they have sent me the account letter and never mentioned any detail. they open my account with say zero opening balance, only condition five transection in quater in necessery.
