Dear Sir, I hv a credit card with Kotak Mahindra Bank. Kotak Mahindra Bank is the worst when it comes to customer experience. The staff is so ill behaved and arrogant. Also the company is unethical in its practices. They charge you more than any other bank and pay very little heed to your complaints. Once you get trapped with them, you have no way out.
