Levying me foreclosure charges for personal loan against car loan

The representative hurriedly opened the account and gave me no details on how to operate it or any other detail what so ever. Blocking money without prior information

ATM annual charges

Recently i changed my account from salary to Saving account with AMB 10K. They didn't degraded my ATM card type and they didnt inform me about charges for continuing the Card.
