Non installation after repeated requests 2

I am at coonoor and requested to Livpure Customer Care for regular service of my RO. I have also bought Annual Maintenace Plan worth rs 11000 in which they are supposed to do free service. i contacted them on 15 Jun, 18 jun, 19 Jun, 21 Jun, 27 Jun and 29 Jun. But till now no one contacted for the servicing. Such poor response by the company to the individual who has bought extra maintenance services. I can imagine the services being rendered...

Had not got the free service facility and it keeps Beeping everytime and not working

My Livepure Pep pro plus which i ordered last year on September 20 from flipkart Order ID OD[protected] due to corona pandemic could not get the free service facility. Moreover, I'm not able to use it from many days because it's making beep noise and not working.. I called flipkart but they didn't respond....

Device not working

The device is waste also the service has detoriated nobody is ready to resolve the issue. Everybody is like I have raised the complainant technician will call you, it's been 3 days never received a call from technician.
Also, the worst part complaint was raised but never received the service request no....

Very disappointing service

I have ordered for gold plan AMC on 21st June 2021. They said I will recieve AMC via Gmail within 48hrs. But it is 24th June 2021 now almost more than 72 hrs I have not received it. I am struggling to call customer care as my call is on hold for more than 1hour as their executives are busy and the call automatically disconnects after 1hour. I have tried wasting 3-4 hrs on that and I had sent a mail regarding this and it also has no response...

Refresh error

I have recharged my plan but my device is not working after recharge I think these people need to activate, morning on words I am calling to customer care almost 10 time only one time the cal was listed and he does also not resolve my problem, I am feeling very bad experience with this now I bought
water bottle from outside, can you please remove my plan and refund my amount...

Past three month after recharing also water supply has been stoped for 2 to 3 days when i call to custmore care they tell will send execitive to yor site but no one will come and i have raised complint about water leakage n action taken more then 1 and 6 months over till now no services has given no filters has been changed services very horrible no proper respons from compnay this company has to be closed immedetly...

Ongoing AMC pending service 50+ days

I have taken 3 years of AMC with Livpure and you have made me realised every time how bad decision it was. Every time I have to chase to get an executive to come over to provide the service.

See how long the below ticket is opened and still no one bother to check this ticket

Livpure not responding to Request for reinstallation

Address: GH 8/2, DSSC, Wellington, Nilgiris, Tamil Nadu - 643231

Customer Care people are hanging up the phone and are not responding correctly, wasted my whole day in waiting and calling.

Engineer number given for reinstallation, I contacted him, he denied to provide any service. Already waited for 48 hrs, now again asking me to wait for 48 hrs.

I have taken the one yr sevice warranty of livpure RO. But they are gaining to give service.

Water is essential...

AMC Violation | Delayed Service | Charging for Membrane when product is under AMC

This is regarding the service request job id : JS-[protected], I have opened this service request for bad water taste on May 21 2021 and the service man came for service on June 15th 2021; while in all these previous days I am buying water from outside.

I also have AMC done for my livpure pep model which will expire next year 2022, now after this service delay the service person is asking for Rs 2750/- and saying membrane...

Water purifier not working!- send some one right now

I have purchased the Livpure RO water purifier last month and it does not work!! i have been trying to get in touch with the CUSTOMER care people and they do not help!!! keep cutting the line on my face for no reason. i have put in a service complaint for the last 2 weeks every day, but no response!!! i need this fixed right now!!! i bloody paid for it!!! what kind of a ### up company are you?????
