I initially requested to rent Livpure last year during the first lockdown was imposed. The product was delivered but it was not installed. In a few days my company allowed me to work from home and I planned to leave and move out of state to my native town and informed Livpure customer support to pick up their product. The product was not even opened from the box as no one had arrived for installation. There is a screenshot of the the conversation with their support representative in their support portal page. They delayed sending the pick up party for over 2 months, however they did refund my booking amount of Rs 375. Later one of the pick up representative called and picked up the product and I dropped the reply to the support representative that the product has been picked up.
After few months I got multiple calls/SMS from other Livpure representative arriving to pick up the product and in each case I informed them that the product has been already been returned and shared the pick person's phone no. Now recently I received some legal notice saying that the product was installed at my home and subscribed and I have not been paying the subscription amount for months together. And they are asking for me to pay the cost of the product with all due amount including the costs for legal proceedings.

The product was not installed in the first place and their pick up person has already retrieved the product.

    I purchased "Zinger Copper hot" water purifier on Sep 13th and we received the wrong product "Zinger hot" on 15th and installed it on 16th.
    The Installation engineer also didn't check this and didn't mention this is not the right product of Zinger Copper Hot .
    Now the sales guy "ANKIT" is telling us that both products are the same. Before buying this product we asked Ankit multiple questions and took confirmation from him that whatever functionalities of water purifier we discussed, it should be there in the product that we received.

    But that does not happen here. while receiving this product is completely different from what we purchased.

    Can you please take necessary action on this and I am looking for an immediate resolution. Also I am sending mail corporate office mail id to get notified this issue.

      Product not installed within 36 hours as per the policy.livpure glo star was delivered online from Amazon and the brand was to install the product within 36 hours of product. You are advised to take up the matter on priority basis or else we should go for further action

        I registered a complaint on Oct 4th 2021 and it's Oct 7th 2021 (JS-[protected]) phone number[protected]. Bangalore 560037, have still not received any response from the company. No use of annual maintenance policy that is 8500rs they just won't reply i[censored] have this warranty in hand. Worst customer service I have ever gone through for water filters. Even the local water filters will get quick servicing after requesting within 12 hours or max 24 hours. It's not the first time.l I'm facing this issue in livpure. I'm just waiting for my warranty to expire that is on May 2022. After that I'm going to change my water filter for sure. And the technician when he comes to know we have the annual warranty. He says that the parts are not in stock and give excuses or just fix it for time being and the problem arises within a month or 2. I personally urge the consumers to go for any brand except Livpure due to its pathetic service.

          I raised rental RO disconnection request on 2nd September 2021 and RO was picked up from my address by Livpure technician on 3rd September 2021. I got customer care email on my registered email Id regarding confirmation of machine received in their warehouse.
          Now since one month Livpure customer care are calling me for recharge and saying that they don't have any details on disconnection. It has been total mental harrasment from their side. I have attached device received confirmation mail I got from Livpure

              I used their service from feb 2019 to may 2020 and i was thrir valued customer. In june i asked them to dismantle the RO as i was planning to leave delhi in 15days and they didn't respond. I tried mailing them and called them regarding this multiple times but they were very ignorant regarding this. I even asked the guy who used to service it for them to take it off and have it with him so that in worst case scenario he will be able to return it back but they were simply not interested in taking it back. After leaving delhi i asked my security guard a favour to handle machine for 1 month more and promised him that within this 1 month it will be picked up by the company. But after registering the complaint in june the first time an engineer had visit to pick up the machinr was in oct 2020i.e. 5 months after the complaint. And it's obvious that as a customer our duty was to inform them prior to leaving the place which we did. Now recently i have been given a legal notice regarding this for 15k machine and 6k in subscription. Someone please explain why do we have to carry the burden of their mistakes. Recently i had a call with one of their executive and tried to explain them all this and his reply was sir hmari galti nai hai aur company paise to leke rhegi machinr ke. I mean what's wrong with them.

              No update from company yet. Also i comt to know that they are doing the same to everyone. They are harassing all th students who paid for the service till we/they used. Company was being informed by every student in advance that they will leaving for their homes but company couldnt care less and the first response came from their end after 3-4 months to evryone. Now they are blaming us for leaving the ro at a rented place. This company should be charged a hefty amount for putting blame on others for their mistakes.

              Lol it's 31july 2022 and they again sent a new fake legal notice😂😂😂😂😂 I have already told them they can do whatever they feel like and after that they stopped calling for a year and here we go again 😂😂.

              I am facing the same issue as well. I had requested livepure team well in advance to collect the RO, which they failed to do so. Livpure customer service is very poor with improper communication,
              unavailability of customer care executives.
              And now, i have received legal notice to pay the amount. If anyone had any progress with this issue, Please post here the help the others.

                I purchased livpure pep pro ++ last year and it was installed on 18/10/2020. the company promised to offer 3 preventive maintenance during the warranty period but no person has come since installation to serve the same. it is disappointing that the warranty period is going to be end next month. kindly do the needful.

                  Current My RO is not working from last 5 days, I have taken AMC date 20.05.20 // Rs 7980 for my smart touch Iivpure water purifier, While selling AMC of your service, it was not told to me that only one RO will be replaced in year and extra will be chargeable and on my query, it was understood that RO life will be 1 year, but as you mentioned that earlier RO was replaced in Oct month’20 and now again in May’21 so RO life is only 6 month and it again got faulty in now in Sep 21, only sustained for 3 month Since now you are asking money for replaced RO that Rs 2750 means it 2 year AMC I have to paid another 16500 for RO. Which automatically increase the product AMC cost to Rs 24500 which is again too high and not acceptable for a medium class person.

                  First of all in AMC you have promise to take care of your product by regular maintenance and free of cost facility. May be it was not done properly. The serious issue is quality of your product which is being defective in only 3 month as earlier too Oct’20 RO was replaced in 6 month only. Mean either refurnished RO is being replaced or My Water maintenance is not done properly. These raised serious issue in your reputation of company and some kind of fraud behind it. Also to me that why should I pay additional charge for RO replacement without knowing that whether it is my product defective and your service problem and spare quality problem.

                    I bought 1.5 ton AC one year ago, livepure gives 3 free service but i got only 2 and in free service time period i complaint that my ac not give proper cooling but service provider says thats all ok, now my free service time period over than service provider says thats my ac's gas was leakage and gas was empty, and gas fill up charges is approximate 2500 to 3000 rs, why they could not chek my ac properly in my free service period.

                      I made a huge blunder by taking their RO on rent.Highly misbehave CUSTOMER care executives are there.No response, no service.Initially when I was hesitating to take their service they will follow up you like anything but once their work is done and u took the service they hardly bother to provide service.I am feeling these ## should be sued in court and company should be shut down.Just go through social networking sites and see how people are irritated with ur after sales services.I was staying in Hyderabad where I took one of their RO on rent, but after 2nd wave I returned to my hometown and have hardly used it for a month.I started getting call anonymously to surrender the RO if not in use but as I wasn't present in Hyderabad it was not possible for me to surrender.Now when I came to Hyderabad for some work and at least requested them 4-5 times to take their RO back they are least bothered.Now I am leaving the city and again after few days they will call me to surrender.Literally pissed off with their service.WORST and THIRDGRADE product.

                        Hi, six months back I have installed livpure RO, recent times the taste has changed, for the past one week I was trying to register a complaint but only two days back I have received service message, the assigned technician missed the appointment twice yet to arrive my address, during the process I have noticed the following things

                        1. Whenever I call customer care the attending person only knows Hindi language even though I asked help in Tamil and English, they said I will receive a call back but I never received any.
                        2. I made a multiple attempt even for register a complaint
                        3. Showing interest in new installation and product without warranty but not attending the warranty product

                        From my personal experience I will never suggest livpure to any of my friends, relatives and employees, please attend customer and treat timely manner, kindly address the issue

                          I bought a livpure RO in Feb 2021 from Reliance Digital from Ansal Plaza Mall Gurgaon . The RO has stopped working in just 3 months raised a complain to customer care .After of repeated calls the service was done yet i am facing the same issue again and again Whom should we raise this concern there is no one to listen and fix this issue

                            On 21st Aug 2021, I registered for service request for my Envy Shield Livpure RO water purifier.
                            Service Engineer named Dattatreya Avula[protected] came at scheduled time on 21st August 2021. He replaced membrane priced Rs 2750/- and carbon filters priced Rs 1100/-. Then he convinced to purchase ACMC for 2 years worth Rs 8000/-. I completed the payment of Rs 8000/- through Benow payment channel from the link which he has sent to my mobile number [protected].

                            However, after all this ACMC has still not been mapped to my registered mobile number([protected]). The service engineer also does not pick my call. It smells some kind of fraud and cheating. Already I faced lot of problems related to servicing. Now their engineers are indulging into Fraud and cheating stuffs.
                            I have raised ticket with customer care with Ticket id - 150100, but so far no response from them.
                            If livpure is not able to honor my ACMC, then please refund the remaining amount of Rs 4150/- . I am attaching the receipt of payment confirmation which the service engineer has provided to me.
                            If the ACMC is not updated or I do not get refund of balance amount from Livpure, I will resort to legal action against Livpure.

                            Why are you silent?
                            It looks like your engineers fraud and cheat customers. I think entire company is involved in this fraud. That is why no response.

                            Acmc has been issued on 21st August and still not updated under by account. I received a call yesterday. Support raised ticket on their own. Added the parts which were replaced and closed the ticket on your own.

                            Now how I can rely on this company which misuses the system to cover the fraud or mistakes. Now I am without any amc/ acmc. They have cancelled my amc which along with product. Now 20 days have passed away since they issued acmc for 2 years but still not updated. So how I can use acmc for any future service. Customer care is telling that my product is out of warrenty since there is no acmc updated and I need to pay for any service or parts replaced

                            It is better to abandon this product. Useless company and customer care. Cheating customers for money
                            I have not received any update from Livpure. They have still not updated my acmc details against my registered mobile number ([protected]). On top it my old amc details which is valid till sep 2022 has been cleared away.
                            Two weeks are passing away without any update. This company is cheating customers in name of convincing customers in buying acmc.
                            I will be soon planning a legal action against this company and its management. It is fraud company

                                @Livpure kept delaying the service during lockdown mentioning they have shortage of technicians and cannot provide service.

                                Now that the situation has been normalised and no lockdown. I raised request number JS-[protected] on 26 July which was during the AMC period. AMC expired on August 6th but still no one service.

                                As this request was raised during the AMC period so I am expecting a free of charge service with parts covered as well as per the AMC terms and conditions.

                                Very poor Customer Service as they have no idea what to do and how to help serve their Customer.

                                  Hi Flipkart Team,

                                  I have ordered the product (LIVPURE LIV-PEP-PRO-PLUS+ 7 L RO + UV + UF Water Purifier with Taste Enhancer (White) on 5th August, delivered on 6th August and installation has been made on 7th August on the same day after the installation technician left the premise. After some time there was a leakage issue in the product, when I called the same technician who had installed (Mr. Venugopal) he said I left now I can't come now, will come to check on Monday i.e on 9th August.

                                  And technician came on 9th August he checked and mentioned that there is some sensor issue now it will be rectified and he left premise again without having any patience for waiting for some time to check if the leakage has stopped or not, after some time there was a leakage again, I called again to express the scenario, he replayed back stating that he has left the RR Nagar I can't come back again now, will look into it tomorrow i.e. on 10th August.

                                  And technician came on 10th August he checked and mentioned that
                                  he will be replacing some components and while leaving the premise he replayed back stating that if there is any issue with this product prolonged return it back Flipkart.

                                  Since the issue has not been resolved yet, I thought of returning to Flipkart and applying for a return and replacement on10th August. where it got rejected on 13th August I have given Replacement Rejected Replacement ID:[protected].

                                  I spoke to Flipkart customer support on15th August. They stated that as per the technician visit they rejected, Replacement Rejected ID:[protected] where no technician visited my premises to solve the issue. The customer support executive stated that you still have time to return and replace.

                                  Again I applied for a return and replacement on15th August. where it got rejected on 18th August stating that the return policy ended on 16th August.

                                  I spoke to Flipkart customer support again on 19th August and 21th August they stated that you have still time till 25th August and the backend team will contact and they will give the resolution on this product.

                                  Today I got the below-mentioned mailer, I spoke to Flipkart customer support again regarding the mail, again they stated that you have still time till 25th August and the backend team will contact and they will give the resolution on this product.

                                  Please will someone give me the replacement of this product, where there is no fault of mine why have they rejected my replacement?

                                    I bought 3yrs amc, paid 9.5k for it to their executive Mr. Sachin Patil from Swara Enterprise. At the time of sale he told that technician would come & do the servicing every 4 month himself no need to book any appointment. now their executive Mr. Sachin Patil from Swara Enterprises has just disappeared. I called customer care & booked appointment still he is not coming & not even picking up calls. Tried calling so many times. this has happened 2 times with me. during the last servicing also he did not come or even answered my call.

                                      I have purchased this RO from army canteen. when i reached home i saw that my pre filter is damaged. so pls provide me another pre filter. purchase date 19 aug 2021

                                        Team LivPure,
                                        I am writing this mail with high disappointment in the quality of services under AMC of my RO Machine and repeated FAKE Records generated by your Service people without my consents.
                                        • I purchased an 02-years AMC Pack in April-2019 with the commitment of preventive service 04 times a year and replacement of Filtering System 02 times a year. But in-spite-of multiple requests, only ONCE in these 02 years, the candles were replaced and all other times, the person only RESET the system so that this stops giving BEEP-Alarms.
                                        • When I again raised a complaint in March-2021, Mr. Deepak (Ph. +[protected] visited us and offered another 02-years AMC for the cost of 8500 (Bill provided for 8000 only) and offered us 04 Carbon Replacements, 04 Sediment Replacements, and 05 Candle Replacements in 02 years. (Screenshot of AMC Activation attached; CarePack Sr. No. CIF3BBB2023756; ICCR No. ICCR[protected]).
                                        • On the same day (15-March-2021), He replaced the candles and confirmed that this have been replaced under the previous AMC only and all services of new AMC are intact because new AMC will be active from 26-Apr-2021 only.
                                        • In the month of July (Date 12-July-2021), Mr. Deepak (Ph. +[protected] called me and asked me for an OTP for a new service logged in my name, BUT I denied to share the OTP because I did not placed any call. He kept on forcing me to share OTP, without any service (Not even visited my place) and I DID NOT share any OTP.
                                        • Minutes later, a new OTP came on my mobile but after that Mr. Deepak did not ask me and then I got a message that the call has been closed satisfactorily.
                                        • NOW my RO needs a service and when I am calling to Customer support, they gave the details and on 12-July-2021, one Complete Service has been given to me BUT THIS IS A FAKE SERVICE and I NEVER approved that.
                                        • Mr. Deepak keeps me calling asking for cash and other OTP favours that I do not want any more and I request you to please:
                                        1. Correct your records for the service given under this AMC
                                        2. Provide me service as promised in the AMC
                                        3. Take appropriate actions against such service men to avoid embarrassment to customers like me.
                                        • An early response and urgent actions on my request would be appreciable.
