I have placed an order online on 31 may 2021 and it showed that the product would be shipped on 28th June and when the did not adhere to the schedule I contacted them again.THen they told that it will be shipped in 1st of July..now they say it will be shipped in 2 week of July.. they do not respond properly to email....

I have made full payment of the order . Malabar followed up till part payment of Rs. 500 was left but ever since i made that payment no response from their end. I always had huge faith in Malabar they’re not even responding to my complaints on their twitter page . Hence I thought of putting my plea here. Last 4 digits of Order number is 0900...

I purchased worth of 4.7 lakh's on 5/6/2021 at Visakhapatnam MALABAR GOLD & DIAMONDS. Before that I got, old gold ornaments
1. 1 GOLD CHAIN
2. 1 SLIM GOLD CHAIN
3. 1 FINGER RING
4. 2 BANGLES
TOTAL WEIGHT OF ORNAMENTS IS 89GMS ..
After melting the old gold they said 76gms at the time they made rushed to me to clear the shop premises so that time i could not able to argue with the shop peoples...

I have called many times, sent emails too but every time I get same response (pls give us 24 hours to resolve your issue)... I have been promised many times to get a call back but never got it yet.. no one is welling to help... I am tired now and wanted to file a formal complaint against Malabar......

I am a regular customer of Malabar, Today I visited a malabar golds shop of ghaziabad branch, the sales person seems uninterested to show any item and he is just waiting that when they will go . I found this very disgusting and then I buy jhumki for my mom from just next shoppe named puspanjali jewels and now I am thinking that not to visit malabar anymore for future purchases....

We have bought 4 items together yesterday from Malabar but price witch is charged was higher then tha dated price and its calculated also wrong. I have returned my old gold bangles but I didn't get zero price exchange benefits as per the criteria of Malabar. Its a big cheating with me . I need an explanation in detail and want you to refund my extra amount which was charged from me at the earliest....

I faced a problem that diamonds are nor properly locked in those items.

Today I bought one short chain from malabar, batha, Riyadh.

There is one kerala guy, he treated me very bad.
" Are you buying? or just coming here to see the gold?" he questioned.

Finally by force, I bought the chain, even if I don't like the design..

I don't want go to malabar again & the service is very very bad in "Malabar gold, taj centre, batha"...

& I strongly recomending...
