I had gone to sell silver coins in the mentioned branch but they refused to buy the coins from me, though I had purchased the coins from the same branch, but they want me to exchange the coins for other ornaments.

Hi my name is Sachin jaid.today I bought 20 gram gold biscuits from mohaboulah branch .each 10 gram rate was 190 kd.as per 13th november.at the billing counter they took extra 24 kd as a billing charges each 10 gram 7 kd and 2.5% credit card billing charges.when I bought 20 gram biscuit(two item each 10 gram) I paid total 405 kd.my bill should be 380 kd only.but why doing such a stupid work.stop this please...

I bought a bangle from kochi showroom 6 years before .now I planned to sell that in dubai showroom.but they said it is not from Malabar gold because kj is written instead of mj.i don't know how it's happend.i bought from Malabar gold for my wedding .I don't have bill with me....

Difference in gold rate , paid less

Place — malabar gold showroom, sampapath vinayak temple, , vizag
Date...4/09/2020 invoice number 1807

We sold 20k (35.810 grams) gold and bought 22k gold ornament.. There is difference in gold rate..
It was 4443/- in onlie chart for 20k gold but they took for
Rs.4293.52/- charged 4879 for 22k gold rate..

When we asked for explanation, , not answerd properly..
Kindly solve the issue,...

Refused to make the product

My husband went through the website of Malabar gold to buy a diamond ring, we are not able to buy it through online at that time.so we went to the Malabar gold branch at kalpetta, wayanad, and showed them the design from the website.
The staff promised us that they will order it but have to wait because of the pandemic happening.
From July we waited for the ring .my husband has already advanced some cash also.

Online order delayed and no response afterwards

Hello,

It is still pending to be dispatched and one of your representative called said it's going to take 15 days to get it to ship and further time is needed to get it delivered, before i could say anything he hung up the phone.

FYI i had ordered a item ONLINE on 11 june 2020 there was expected date of delivery was within one week but irony is till now i havent got my order. many times i had chat on MALABAR employees named: sunita and nadia. they always made A fool out of me. They never provide me details like what happening to my order. I had conversation with nadia and sunita 3 days back they said they will provide me details but see no contact at all. i dont know...

Refund on gold gain scheme

I joined 'golden gain' scheme on 01/06/2019 at rajajinagar branch, bangalore. As per the scheme the maturity date was 01/06/2020.

Due to this current situation, i was unable to visit and purchase at the store. Currently i am not in bangalore and i will stay in native until next year i. E., jan 2021.

I spoke to the store manager regarding the same and he is claiming that the amount can't be refunded to the bank...

Poor service by service provider

I am satheesh pm. Visited malabar gold, tirur, malappuram branch on 6-6-20 around 4 pm and waited upto 4.30. Nobody attended me.in the present scenerio of covid it is dangerous to wait for more than half an hour. I am a regular customer. You can check my mob no. [protected] in your records. I noticed many people are leaving the shop angrily. Also many staff are roaming here and there without any work. As a privileged customer it was very shocking...

Regarding making charges

Maine june 2018 mein 20 months wali scheme join ki thi or bola gaya tha ki scheme complete hone per koi making charges nahin lagenge chahe aap kuch bhi lo.
But jab mein 22 may ko apni jewelry lene gayi to making charges laga diye.
Wo bole ki sirf 15 % tak ka hi discount diya jata hai.
Agar koi jewelry per making charges jyada ho to 15% ke uper aapko pay karna hoga.
To maine pata kiya ki scheme ab hai pehle jab...

about diwali offer

Today we did gold shopping.
2, 80400 but diwali offer is there up to november 10th that is 1 gold coin for 15000 shopping of gold but they didn't gave any gold coins... If you want i will send all the bills... But after seeing the offer board we went and asked to the manager he gave lot of explanation for that we didn't understand about that offer at all... Ai think this offer is only for attracting customers they are giving any gold...

Very bad experience with malabar gold and diamonds i bought a mangalsutra from malabar in uae now i am back to india when i went to malabar shop in belguim karnataka they directly refused to do so... I try to contact so many people from malabar but my problem was not solved to exchange one item how i wil go back to uae i wil request all the costumer please think before u buy something from malabar...

credit card offer was not communicated while billing so loss of 2500 rs

Invoice: bgrgs0029518, bought 84, 000 rs jumka on 20-oct-19 but none of the executives at malabar dickenson road did not informed about 5% cash back on sbi card. So i lost of 2500 rs. Please look into this issue asap and is it possible to cancel the existing bill and create the new bill by swiping the sbi card so that cashback can be availed.

unfair trade practices

I am filling a complaint against malabar company on my recent experience with its branch at nsp, delhi. They are involved in unfair trade practice. Mallabar sell their coins of 999 hallmark which is purest and at 24 carat rate but didn’t allow sell them back. If they let you do then they purchase coins at rates of 22 carat. Worst experience with them. Highly unprofessional....
