insurance amount against loan is higher than promised

When he is taking loan facility from muthoot, there representative has promised us that insurance amount will be less than 40000. After a long delay time we got a bond of insurance policy from your side of rs 151196. If i say simply, the policy premium is 13 % of total loan sanction.
It’s a wrong commitment with my elder brother....
